On May 28, 2025, I placed an online order between 6:55 and 7:05 PM and went to the drive-thru to pick it up. The lady with short hair told me to come inside for my order. I asked her why, since I was already in the drive-thru, but she didn’t respond. When I went inside and asked her again, a coworker suggested it was “maybe because of the drinks.” It seemed they were too lazy to serve my drinks! There were no other customers, and they weren’t busy at all!
If we order online and specify what type of drink we want, why aren’t they prepared to serve it? It’s an online order. They are supposed to have everything ready for the customer, but it seems like they just don’t care.
Additionally, I ordered four biscuits but only received three. I believe they didn’t include the last one because they were too lazy to wait for the other biscuits to come out. To make matters worse, the chicken was burned.
I was really disappointed today. I’m so frustrated and saddened by this experience with such lazy staff. KFC, please do a better job and stop hiring people who aren’t committed to customer service!

Food was not fresh!! I use to work in the food industry. No matter how much food you cook their is a time limit how long that food sits out before you have to throw it out. They still sell it, to avoid cooking fresh food.

To whom this concerns this place will be close down if this keeps up like the one on western archer and Ashland Marquette rd. And there not the only ones that deteriorating with customer service and food preparation.

Worker Keshuanna was horrible to every customer there being rude to them lying to them that their order will be ready in 5 minutes but instead it took more than half a hour. She would roll her eyes and get annoy when any customer would come in to place a order, she even told me if I can hurry up with my order rolling her eyes and smacking her dam lips. I just don't understand if you don't want to work here why are you even here wasting work hours and potentially taking the job of someone who actually wants to work.

I come here every once in a while, it’s alright if you just come for a quick meal. The employees are alright, most of the time they sound tired. It is a bit dirty at times so don’t expect a pristine place, so in conclusion just get to go.

The person that took our order was extremely rude. We order a famous bowl without chicken and a side of mac and cheese. She kept repeating “ what else” with attitude. We told her that's all and we moved forward. Once we arrive to the window she asked what was our order so we told her “ one famous bowl and a side of mac and cheese.” she looked at us confused confused and her eyes were extremely red and she appeared under the influence. She claimed she told us she was out of the item we requested but that was never said. This location is always super unprofessional and rude to customers.

Just now cause I ask Wast the best option for a family she told me to check the bird and Then why was just like just go somewhere else..
Is a shame that I went inside to plac my order do to her bad attitude just repudding go somewhere else.

This food is having bad energy with the workers not having their certificate of being clean no gloves for grabbing food. I had to tell the guy behind the counter if he was ready for my order being lost in a sense of direction he face looked. Working for kfc they where all black workers even tho my order took faster than the wait time a little coincedence being a big meal i had ordered i got sick the next 2 days People beware.
