If a customer specifically asks for their order to be made to order and doesnât mind waiting, it should be done! I made this request and they literally refused. The guy taking orders in the drive thru(Dantrell) was rude & completely ignored my request. I checked the wings and they were not hot!!Then when I go inside the manager (Keisha) has the audacity to say âthey should come back here and fry their own chicken if they have a problem with itâ. Just rude and ignorant!!! As a manager why you arguing and going back and forth with the customer instead of correcting the issue??? They are lazy, ignorant and rude at this location! Havenât been to KFC in years and definitely wonât be going back!!! Smh
If I could put 0 stars I would. This store is the worst experience I have had with ordering food on door dash. Not only was my order not fulfilled at all when I ordered it over two hours before closing but I had 4 different drivers show up to pick up my order and 3 left and one finally told me what was going on. My dasher in Spanish told me that he went inside to pick up my order and the employees told him to leave that they will not give him my order. Not only was I unhappy as a customer but the driver had to lose on a dash trip as well. A complete waste of time. I waited hours for my food , called the store no answer and had to wait so long just for my order to get cancelled which was after the location had closed. This location should be closed down. Clearly by the rest of the reviews on here this is an on going issue. Donât waste your time or money ordering from this location on 59th and western

This kfc gave me the worst experience. I ordered for delivery. One hour in and I still didnât get my order . Door dashâs driver message us and says they for some reason donât want to give him our order. He said they told him no and to leave. He said this is actually not the first time this happens with an order heâs asked to pick up on this location. If they donât have the time or energy to do an order I donât see why they go ahead and still accept it. Got people wasting their damn time and money.

This store was under staffed and extremely busy due to there special they were having. Crew was polite and courteous to customers and work hard to prepare all off the orders.

Went thru the drive thru to order. The greeting came on I said hold on. When I was ready I said hello no one answered. I said hello again about after 2 minutes went by. Now a line has formed itâs 2:55 then a man said you have to come in we doing shift change. Working in fast food I know you shouldnât have people come in just because you doing a shift change. As I was driving off I see the drive thru man going to his car take off his shoes and sit inside the car while people were waiting to be served. I guess this will be the next location to close down. No sales no jobs

The chicken was super old and nasty soggy extra greasy I ended up throwing it away it was drenched in greasy and salty the chicken was almost black this place needs new management
Was the only one in line. Then I waited one hour for my food. People were going in and out before my order was done. Drive thru mobile orders were done first. Over 30 people waited in the lobby. If they told me it would take that long I would of walked away.

Horrible experience the cashiers all the time says there is no chicken you have to wait more than 20 minutes, another thing is they doesnât provide the receipt because the machine doesnât work! So lazy people here!!!

Don't order online it takes them 20 minutes to make a famous bowl when you can just go threw the drive threw and have it ready on 1min. Everyone is always rude it's disgusting in there, looks like no one cleans at all, no one is using gloves. I honestly hate coming to kfc cause of these horrible employees. You're losing business but from the looks of it you guys don't care.
