Poor service.
Tired and spotty service. But good chicken.
Ordered a pot pie at least 3 times just for them to NOT put it in my order. Call to ask if they still carried them- says yes- JUST TO ORDER AGAIN WITHOUT THE DAMN PIE. Now they don’t want to answer at all. Throw the whole place away!!!
Worst customer service ever, the lady did not even wanted to give me my receipt 🧾 because according to her she did not had paper on her machine, did not even mention how much has my total and she seem in a rush did not even say hello or anything

Avoid this place at all costs. Heck, the corporation because I trust if this location is managed as experienced then corporate knows and doesn't care so long as they don't have to deal with the issues.
Order via Uber then they may not get your order.
Once you patiently walk folks through it and they secure the Uber order then there's a wait. No worries, I'll wait for fresh.
I'm told 18 minutes and I pull to the side.
Alas, I see movement thinking the employee/personnel is waving me to say it's ready. Nope, she's just at the window moving.
Oh ok.
Move along to the personnel saying.... You'll still have to come inside.
Me: for an order you've located?
Her: yeah, I don't make the rules
Me: (super confused) I don't understand why I'm to come inside is the issue? Is it to pick-up?
Her: eventually when it's ready
Me: oh, you could have said that from the beginning then I wouldn't have worked to locate the order. I appreciate your time.
I left.
No one was behind us at the drive thru.
This is the first real snow of the season so it's quiet for western.
These random policies and procedures should be disclosed, UP FRONT, full transparency so any would be consumer can make the best decision for them.
I was eager to show a foreign national KFC but the fresh snow, heavy wet snow, temp and randomness of it all turned everyone off. To the reps credit ... She wasn't rude. Just doing her job.
Can't rate the food as we didn't get anything.
KFC came through. Jesse took care of me and the service was quick, the food was hot, and everything was delicious. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location—fresh chicken, crispy fries, no waiting around. I’ll be back for sure.

Trying to order an they are on the phones Facebook, texting and walking around my order was missing some items I was trying to call them and no one answered it's a joke hopefully the district manager do something about it

Worst costumer service I ever received, they did not answer the phone after calling for 10mins straight just to check if they had what I wanted , then was treated pooring after being told they were out , when I could’ve been told that over the phone . 1/10 don’t recommend they make the south side look a mess .

Worst customer service ever!!
I placed my order online at 7:01, I arrived at kfc at 7:20. The cashier took about 10 minutes looking for my order because according to her she didn't have it. I showed her the order number but she didn't pay attention. Once she finally found it she said it wasn't ready. I asked her how much longer she said 10 minutes I was like okay. Their was like 5 other people waiting on their order, and all the employees were working on one order while dancing. My order took over an HOUR!! I got my order at 8:10. It was handed to me with no apologies for the wait. And to make it worse once I get home a whole combo is missing. On top of the that the fries are stale and the wedges are burned. I was expecting everything to be fresh since it took so long.How do you take an hour to make an order and still get it wrong. I tried calling many times but never got an answer. I will definitely never be back. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location that cares about its customers.

THEY DONT WEAR GLOVES , HAIR NETS AND DONT WASH THEY HANDS AFTER COMING FROM OUTSIDE. THE CASHIER YELLED TO SAY PUT ON PROPER WORK EQUIPMENT AND THE MANAGER SAID WE DONT WEAR GLOVES HANDLING SIDES WE HAVE UTENSILS FOR THAT . THATS UNISANTARY AND I WONT BE BACK !!! THE PLACE IS A MESS WITH TRASH ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE COUNTER AND DINING AREA . NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EITHER .
