Waited for 15 minutes to get my food. Terrible

Buying box chicken yesterday yet didn't check it out till we opened it at home . Your cooks at this place give our old chicken for two pieces. Chicken wings was like it was cut in half and fried the thighs was so greasy and still taste the mushy flower it was drenched it. I will never buy again
Perhaps those works need training of how long that chicken is cooked and letting the grease drain out. Those biscuits are made where its still raw . Time to check on those workers cause one day this place will have a law suit. Get new workers cause these workers will have this place shut down soon.

The kindest, sweetest soul works here! Will is an amazing manager that goes above and beyond. He always has the best attitude which makes having a long day and just picking up something quick for dinner so easy!

I ordered two meals. They give you options for dark or white meat. We chose 4 breast. They provided all dark meat which we can not eat. I called and the supposed manager Maria who only works on Thursday nights said they didn’t have breast ready so they gave us legs instead. She was extremely condescending and didn’t want
To give me corporates number. After asking several times she finally provided. Extremely unprofessional!

You could tell the food was sitting under the heater. But it was not fresh, instead it was hard. Very disappointing.

I ordered on the KFC mobile app and it said my order is ready for pick up at 4:30pm. My husband arrives at 4:35 to pick up one order of 10 piece nuggets ONLY. They said it’s a 15 minutes wait!!!!! What the heck!!!! It’s slow service and there’s also no drive thru. There’s no such thing as fast food anymore. They are Understaffed and you might as well go to a sit down restaurant at that point and eat healthier food.

Jose was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! He gave such AMAZING customer service! I’ve never been to this exact location before and called ahead twice to make sure they had what I wanted since it was very close to closing time. Other KFC’s I’ve been to have a limited menu so close to closing. He was very helpful and had what I wanted. I drove over there and he was just as nice in person as over the phone. 10 STARS FOR JOSE!!

Don’t order on the app and expect food to be ready. They don’t start working on your order until you arrive most times and then it’s another 20min wait after that.
Only visited this particular kfc once but the food was very good not at all salty like the one close to our neighborhood.
We have not been to a KFC for many years, due to us being more of a Popeye's follower. As of late, this has changed. Our local Popeyes on Lincoln Avenue changed and changed for the worst. The staff are rude, and the chicken are pigeon sized. There is no value here. We would have stayed if the service was at least good, but no.
Hence we droved past KFC on Kimball and Peterson, just like any other day. Today it was different. It's been a while we had some fried chicken and KFC was right there. We pulled into the parking lot, very small lot, but cozy. Parked the car and walked in. No loud annoying blaring music, just the quiet breeze of chicken, corn and bisuits.
We were greeted by a very unexpected person. His name was Will. He was polite, gracious and very honest. He loved his job and his positive attitude was very uplifting and promising. Most fast food workers, especially when they're understaff are not very pleasant, because they are stressed and miserable. Will took it with stride and was very proud of what he does.
It's been a while since I've seen a fast food worker this pleasant and happy. We did have a very friendly conversation, personally. He is the realy deal. I encourage everyone to bring your business to KFC on Kimball and Peterson. Meet Will. You will not be disappointed.
Thank you Will for keeping Hope alive and leading the path for those who've strayed.
