Best KFC in Chicago.
Always gets the order correct and way quicker than the one on Western and Pratt. The workers here actually seem to care and are super friendly.
This spot can get busy, so during rush times it can take a bit longer than you’d expect. Makes sense why they don’t have a drive thru because it would always be backed up.

After I walked in I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes to place my order as he had 5 big orders to fill but I was welcome to use the kiosk which I don't know how to use. It takes 3 to 5 minutes to take an order. So I walked out. I guess you didn't need my business . I will not return.

I placed an order via Uber eats and they gave me what ever they wanted to give me. I ordered 2 Mike's hot honey sandwiches. I got original chicken sandwiches with 1 tender on each sandwich that had the Mike's hot honey. I ordered 4, 3 piece combos 4 original white meat. I got dark meat. I ordered original recipe and got extra crispy for all meals. So disappointed. If you don't have the items people ask for, call them and let them know. That way they know what to expect or allow them to cancel the order since you can not accommodate them. Uber eats is terrible because they won't even allow you to report the bad service and accommodate you for the restaurants mistakes. They charge you for this and do not accommodate the customer. They do not accommodate the customer who is paying the money or even over charge the customer for the restaurants mistakes. Terrible service from both of them.

A simple and humble KFC that really reminds me of when I was a kid getting food after highschool. The vibes are still the same. Here you can order with a kiosk machine. Specials on Tuesday only, 10 dollars for 8 pieces of drumsticks and thighs. Unfortunately no drive through here, but service isn't too bad.
The place had an odor but the food was decent.
