Been going to this KFC location for over 20 years. The manager is awesome man but the two employees he got their horrible I went and got the $20 Philip all I ask if I could swap my wing for some other piece he told me no you cannot do that there’s no policy Anywhere where you don’t want certain part of the chicken that you could swap it for something else he said this is what it is and this is what you gotta take. I told him I got this before and there was no issue is well everybody’s different and just the way I am seems like it was my way or the highway one of the worst customer service experience on Saturday, 9 o’clock on 3 March 2024

Having to call HR cause it’s just straight ridiculous that I waste time out of my day to attend an interview to yet be told “positions are filled” like why???? It’s truly unprofessional and got damn ignorant for jobs or places to waste my time like get it

Always a long wait. If you come after 8pm, often they quote you 19 minutes for chicken to be ready. Cheap owner as they cook chicken as they go to save money never has products ready. New category of dining....Slow fast food.
This is a KFC, you know what's here, no need to go into detail on they're food its whatever, I'm leaving this review just because of their worker, sorry don't know his name, but he is one of the friendliest, nicest, and more upbeat person I've ever seen work here, he was working the register, and he just seems so happy and attentive to what you want, it's extremely rare to see people like that nowadays, I just want to say that he is doing an amazing job, truly an exceptional worker.

Bought the chicken wraps 2 for 5 but I was dissatisfied. Flemsy wrap and not as good as I thought. Maybe 2 for $4.00 would be better. Mcdonalds burritos are much better or better off EL Famous burrito in Rogers Park.
