I used to love this location a lot but they never seem to have any of their sites especially fries and wedges. Very unenthusiastic work tone and presents just seems like they just want to get a check and not actually give you service that deserves the check so I've left plenty of times waiting for them to come back to the drive-thru window given the access for me to hold on and I was sitting longer than what's appropriate to not even had given my order yet so I went to a location not too far from there hopefully they get things taken care of and improve their efficiency and overall environment.

Really liked the experience I had at kfc and it’s mainly because of the employee i named in the beginning of this comment! Wasn’t even asked to do a survey but he was so good I felt I HAD to!!!! This was like a soggy, undercooked rotisserie chicken. It tasted nothing like what KFC is supposed to taste like. Really soggy and undercooked. The Cole slaw tasted like dirt. There was something wrong with it. Horrible

Horrible service, ordered on the app original recipe, I came to pick up my order and they said that was not available. They said I had a refund from the app. However they already charged me and acted like it was completed. They told me to get off their pad because they were on a time limit. The app was not working on refunding me because they already said I picked up the order which I did not. I had to call my credit card company to file a claim . Absolutely ridiculous service would never ever go to them again in fact I am deleting the KFC app
