I eent thru the drive thru and ordered 3pc chicken. When I got home and started to eat. The chicken was like it was heated up and served, instead of fresh chicken. Very upset about the reheated chicken. Won't be going back to that KFC!

Shop uses DoorDash as a delivery service but the shop accepts the payment. DoorDash delivered the wrong order(I got a bacon cheeseburger). I contacted both the driver and the shop with no resolve. Contacted customer support to submit a report. After waiting 2 days they requested additional information. 2 days after that, I was issued a refund of $10 for the $30+ order that I didn’t receive!

I really want to eat KFC but I can’t because the chicken is not zabiha halal for Muslim . I want to request kfc restaurant in Chicago IL if you guys can make zabiha halal for muslim . It will be very grateful. Many Muslims people are really hoping for kfc to become zabiha halal in Chicago Illinois.

It's KFC.It gets a 5 stars if it's open and the foods hot. You are going to a fast food place that serves fried chicken till late at night. Regardless the quality, the staple food is always going to be appreciated when that hankering comes a calling.Friendly, fast, and good. It's fried chicken and mashed potatoes. When you have a taste for that type of fast food there are two places to go. Pop eyes or KFCKFC though has that famous bowl, so they won this time, as that is usually my deciding factor.Pay your workers more like ALL businesses should, otherwise thanks for the famous bowl.

This is the ONLY KFC I can get an edible chicken tender at. Every other place feels old and tastes stale but this one always asks if I have 5 minutes to wait for fresh ones and I always do

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Came in and an Uber driver was picking up his order mind you he's an elder guy. One of the workers started cursing at him once the guy had asked if the order was his and yelled at him once he asked for another bag. This store filled with people who can't speak properly to people.
