I was pleasantly surprised that I would be given this location such a high score. I wanted to taste the wedges and chicken tenders, and I have to say it was delicious. The food was hot and fresh. The wait was a bit long; however, I visited on a Friday evening. I came twice, and both times the food was good. I think working on the professionalism of the staff could be my only recommendation.

They always get the order wrong, every time. This time I didn't receive my 8 piece tenders bucket for delivery, a $22.99 value. Last time everything was original, when more than half of the total was supposed to be spicy. I will NEVER order from this KFC again. The absolute worst. Tried to call back but the line is continuously busy. The only reason that this is a one star is because I can't put 0 stars.

Asked for fresh fries and they weren't fresh and my pop was flat. Workers nice but somebody not listening
OMG, I ordered the twenty-dollar bucket and received mac and cheese instead of fries, even though I'm lactose intolerant. The chicken was hard, old, and overcooked. I requested both original and crispy, but honestly, I can't tell what they put in the KFC box. I'm sure the Colonel is turning over in his grave—this meal did not represent the KFC brand. The biscuits were also underdone!
When I called KFC and asked for the manager, the man who answered put me on hold, and I could hear them serving others while I waited. Eventually, I decided to return to KFC for a refund, and I could hear myself complaining through the phone.
I jumped in my car and returned the food. When I arrived, the man asked what was wrong with the meal and insinuated that I bought it the day before. Really? I had just purchased it 15 minutes ago! I even saw him through the drive-through window. He was unprofessional and had no customer service etiquette whatsoever. The chicken looked so old that he assumed it was bought the day before!
Ms. Sharon Whitaker, if meals are being cooked like that and management keeps customers on hold without addressing concerns professionally, that is bad business. You don't deserve a star for this experience. I had to post about it.
To add to the frustration, my vehicle was towed from an almost empty lot, with claims that I was using it as my private parking spot.

Please try the spicy honey Sriracha nuggets combo! Everything was delicious cooked perfectly, but baby this butter biscuit is too damn good and fluffy. Oh let's not forget that passionfruit lemonade, yessss when I tell you it freaking amazing! Don't believe me just try for yourself!

Horrible experience went to order some extra crispy they didn't tell me they was out and gave me original without telling me returned to the cashier and people working there had a terrible attitude about it arguing with customers telling me I should have said something I would never go there again the drink was watered down so bad you couldn't even taste the flavor ?
