My husband and I visit KFC on Indianapolis Blvd in Chicago weekly. Frank the manager food is always hot, fresh, good and we are never disappointed! Frank and his staff food is made with love ❤️ I recommend everyone to stop by and enjoy the experience-customer service is excellent 🥰

My first and last time I’ll patronize this location! I asked for spicy and the general manager gave me crunchy! The chicken was lukewarm and appeared to be reheated my biscuit was hard and my beverage tasted like it needed syrup. Friendly but old chicken not for me! Not returning they don’t even wear gloves consistently. The general manager was more concerned with the owner parking his BMW next to his vehicle than getting my food order correct. I hate chicken with a rubber consistency that chicken was old he bragged about how clean his location was when I saw food stains on the tables. Frank is not a people person he only cares about his vehicle. I haven’t had chicken from KFC in decades. I’m extremely disappointed and I will not ever eat that crap again!!

It’s August 7 at 8:14 PM just pulled into the drive-through and they told me they are closed. How is this possible but it says they are open till 10 PM.
