Haven't had KFC in a while. We ordered that the drive thru at this location. We had to pull up and wait a while for them to bring our order out. Food was hot and fresh and we enjoyed the meal when we got home.
The food was much better than in the past, (Didn't taste like chlorine or sanitizer). The skin had a much better flavor than usual. Service was great (if a little on the slow side). Employees are kind, courteous, and respectful. The place just looks a mess though. Prices are high, but there are some deals.

I placed an online order, via my app. I have my poodle in the car with me in 90 degree weather. But upon driving up to drive-thru, I was instructed that I had to come inside to retrieve my paid for order. WHY?? It's paid for. So, I have to leave my car running while I go inside to sign some idiot paper that I am picking up my order. Is this WHY I HAD to come inside?!?! I literally scribble on the paper and was still given my food. No ID was needed, just my scribble of a signature!?! WHY?? That was a complete waste of time when I could've just ordered in the drive-thru!!! There was no convenience NOR any good customer service giving at this location. Waste of KFC's last locations!!

This location was great tonight. I had the 6pc meal deal that comes with 4 sides and 4 biscuits. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was super friendly from all. Last but not least, the place was very bright and clean on the inside. I haven’t been to KFC in a while, but after this evening I’ll be back for sure.
