The manager name Frank is always very pleasant. The food is delicious My husband and I travel from chicago just to come here because the place is always clean. This is the best KFC we know anywhere. This young man does a wonderful job. He's patient and kind. That makes our day!
It took them over 10 minutes just to take my order, and after I had to wait about 20 to get it served. When I politely asked how much longer it would take, the staff member said “a few more minutes” – and added, “Or how do you want your food, hot or cold?” Not sure if that was supposed to be a joke, but it came off as rude and unprofessional.
