I’ve waited almost an hour just for a chicken sandwich and a famous bowl. I tried to pick my order up in drive thru they told me I had to come inside which ended up being the hour wait. What makes it worse is that my food was cold and they messed up my order.

The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because they forgot my bucket of chicken and I had to travel a distance just to come back to KFC. But the manager guy was so so nice and with no hesitation replaced my whole order. He brought the order to my car and he was very polite and nice. Thank you

I just received my order after waiting over an hour. I ordered through Uber Eats. The chicken sandwich was fried so hard that it cut the roof of my mouth. THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY TWO PIECE CHICKEN FILL UP, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME THE TWO DRINKS I ORDERED (STARRY, AND LEMONADE), You would think, waiting that long, that they would have the order right !

I went there and purchased a 12 piece meal . Mash and Cole slaw was my sides. I received no gravy for the mash potatoes. Which is unsatisfactory service. This ruin the whole meal. They need ti double check orders.
Went to kfc today to try the new Mike's Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich , and it's was good.

Do Ubereats here, they NEVER have the food here ready like the others. Why do they start the orders WHEN WE ARRIVE? Most places have the food ready to put in OUR HANDS when we arrive and they have wayyyyy more customers and demand. Always a LONGGGGG WAIT. Not coming back.
