Slow service. Ordered festival feast at 820p told to pull over and food will be brung out. Didn't get food til 9p and my order was missing fries so we had to wait another 15mins smh ridiculous

This is my #1 KFC. Customer service is great and their food is also. I have a location closer to me but the are terrible. I love this location.

They done did away with my baby girls favorite Nashville hot… darn golly a shame that left a void in her precious beautiful stomach unfulfilled. Just another example of how corporate greed and YUM foods ruins every chain they get their greedy greasy fingers on!

I ordered through the app around 2:40 p.m. figuring by the time I got there, which was about 3:00p, the order would be ready and I could grab and go and have plenty of time to go pick up my daughter from pre-k. I go through the drive thru and the lady working the drive-thru, has a heavy accent, tells me they might not have the order, it might not be ready and if it's not ready I will have to pull over and wait. The KFC app said the order was ready for pickup so I figured it was ready. I drive to the window and the drive-thru lady starts yelling again that she told me they might not have the order and I need to pull over and park because I'm messing up her time. (I guess drive thru time is recorded to keep track of how fast the employees are getting customers in and out of line) So I showed her my phone and that it shows my order ready for pick up She starts yelling again that I need to get out of line because I am messing up her drive-thru time and she don't see my order. So I asked how long it will take and she just walked away. So I parked and went in the restaurant and there are 7 or 8 people in line waiting. The cashier sees me in and asked if I was the guy in the car. I just nodded. After about 5 minutes I went to the counter near the pickup shelves and I asked how much longer is it going to take. Cashier lady says that they are very busy and it could take a while. you told her it defeats the purpose for me to put in an order almost a half hour earlier just to get here and wait in line like everyone else. So she finally asked me my name and immediately saw my order on the screen and started bagging in. I stood and waited and did not get out of the restaurant until about 3:20p.
I have ordered from here before through the app, at least four of the times, and the customer service was never this rude and it never took this long to get my order I don't know who to drive-thru lady is, as I have never seen her there for my previous orders, but she doesn't need to interact with customers.

Mobile order. Order was ready when I got there. No extra waiting. Tamika and Sean(Shawn) were very pleasant and funny. They provided great customer service.

I ordered thru tge app and still had to wait 40mins afterwards to pick up my food. TOTAL CHAOS. NEVER AGAIN TO THE ONE AT 104th/Western. Done

What a waste of money. I tried the wings and wedges combo and the chicken was old and had sauce poured over it earlier which also made the wings soggy. The wedges were not even warm but cold and tasteless. The only reason I didn't take it back because I was so disappointed I just threw it away. That's the second time I went there for lunch and I was disappointed. I will never patronize them again. Get it together KFC

I’ve waited almost an hour just for a chicken sandwich and a famous bowl. I tried to pick my order up in drive thru they told me I had to come inside which ended up being the hour wait. What makes it worse is that my food was cold and they messed up my order.

This location is so damn slow. for whatever reason you can only pick up mobile orders inside and not through the drive-thru.
Over an hour wait for an order of potato wedges and 4 biscuits.

The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because they forgot my bucket of chicken and I had to travel a distance just to come back to KFC. But the manager guy was so so nice and with no hesitation replaced my whole order. He brought the order to my car and he was very polite and nice. Thank you

The chicken and waffles was not that good! In one of the customer service people or Cooks in the back rather was claiming to be a gangster? Why should I have to deal with this coming to KFC! Especially on Western
