I placed an order and paid on the app. When I arrived to the drive through I was told that they couldn’t fulfill the order because they didn’t have joy wings and that I should cancel the order on my end. There was no option on the app to do this. I was offered spicy wings and thighs to accommodate my 12 piece wing order and I declined stating that I would return the next day.
I returned the next day and spoke to a woman who said that she was the store manager who dealt with me with suspicion even after I showed her the order and the transaction on my account and told her that I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted the food that I paid for. She gave me an 800 number stating that I needed to call and get my refund from there and that she couldn’t give me the food. If this is the process fine but her nasty attitude left a lot to be desired.
Shout out to the kind cashier who offered me a drink while I endured other wise terrible customer service.

This location has just lied to Uber and their drivers about my food being delivered so that they did not have to make my food even though I order over an hour and a half before they closed. I will still be ordering from KFC but never this location. I have also been in the location where they staff does not understand orders and only wants to get food out to the customers not caring about the quality of the food.

I was pleasantly surprised that I would be given this location such a high score. I wanted to taste the wedges and chicken tenders, and I have to say it was delicious. The food was hot and fresh. There was no wait for the food and the gentleman who took my order so professional and pleasant.

The best KFC that still sell spicy chicken. Please never stop selling it... Other KFC locations stopped selling spicy. But this locations did not. And I honestly love them for that.. Also, great customer service, even for online orders.. Food is always fresh.

Not happy at all. Place opens at 10 and the cashier is just now walking in the restaurant at 10 am saying they’re not open yet contrary to the hours posted on the door. I just wanted to get my little chicken and wedges and go home after working overnight. Very disappointing and this is the only kfc near me. Please do better.
First of all I’m start by saying it’s always a bunch of people stand around talking too many people around talking and playing and not working then second of all them honey barbecue wings is not the same as back in the day so stop false advertisement them as bringing back the honey barbecue wings because that’s not it they so nasty and spicy now they garbage now throw them in the garbage.
