I guess ever since Covid they decided to keep it carry out Only, which is fine with me because then we don’t have to dine in and tip the waiter or waitress and you get the food that you want and eat it at home. Went here for lunch with my coworker the other day and it was pretty good. Amazing prices with rolls as low as like $6 and their lunch special is even better. I would order ahead if you don't have 15 minutes to wait. The quality was pretty good for the price, but it wasn't the BEST sushi I ever had but I definitely go back!
Kikuya is Hyde Park's hidden gem. Staff is so kind and reliable! To me this is one of the few spicy salmon maki places in Chicago that does NOTT just smother it with scallions. Their tempura is always great. Lastly the side salad has the most addictive salad dressing! Get it for takeout and walk to the point !
