Best candy story in Chicago!!!!
You know I’m honestly proud of you, if I could sell two ice creams and 4 chocolate strawberries for $54 I would do it every day. Thanks for nothing. What’s the damage? Holy shit
I popped in here on Tuesday because the shop looked so inviting. The man running the place was lovely, but I wish I’d checked the fudge before leaving! I spent $17 on an 8 oz slice (the smallest size available) and it turned out to be rock hard. It tasted good, but it was definitely past its prime. Sadly, I’m not local so I can’t go back for a refund. Word of advice: ask for a sample first!
Loved the large selection but service and quality is cheaper for a higher price. Bought caramel apples and chocolate covered strawberries. It was okay!
Went in for two scoops of ice cream, walked out with $25 dollars less in my pocket. Absolutely ridiculous that the prices aren’t readily viewable.
Butter pecan or peanut chocolate suggested
Stopped into this location this afternoon, November 8th. Extremely rude and unfriendly service. Avoid this location and go to Amorino down the road.
Its good nice treats I absolutely loved the caramel apples prices was a little much
Candy, chocolates, and ice cream... What's not to like?!?
Truffles, Chocolates, Cone Ice-cream. This place is a heaven for sweet lovers

Ice cream is always a delightful treat, but unfortunately, my experience with the night shift employee was less than ideal. There was no greeting, and she seemed preoccupied. Eventually, she inquired if I was ready to order, and when I requested a sample, she appeared displeased. I then asked if I could have a combination of two flavors in a single serving, and she simply declined. I proceeded to order my two small cups and quickly departed, naturally without leaving a tip, as I felt quite unwelcome. While I may be overly sensitive, I am accustomed to the exceptionally friendly service provided by the Indianapolis staff. I intend to visit another Chicago location to determine if this was merely an isolated incident cause I really like this brand.
Kilwins Ice Cream is always a great treat… found this while walking around Chicago, although Google Maps was a bit off in terms of exact entrance location…!!!
Omg a slice of fudge was expensive, $18.50. Too darn expensive
Tasted like my grandmother‘s ice cream that she made .. creamy and delicious!!
Stopped by Kilwins to get some ice cream and it was good. However the customer service and prices were not good. It cost $25 for one dip in a cup and one dip in a waffle cone. When you walk in the menu is so small you have to put your glasses on to see the prices if you can find the menu. Where’s Waldo? Don’t be fooled by the lure ice cream if you don’t want to pay exorbitant tourist prices.
