Stopped into this location this afternoon, November 8th. Extremely rude and unfriendly service. Avoid this location and go to Amorino down the road.
Its good nice treats I absolutely loved the caramel apples prices was a little much
Candy, chocolates, and ice cream... What's not to like?!?
Truffles, Chocolates, Cone Ice-cream. This place is a heaven for sweet lovers
Ice cream is always a delightful treat, but unfortunately, my experience with the night shift employee was less than ideal. There was no greeting, and she seemed preoccupied. Eventually, she inquired if I was ready to order, and when I requested a sample, she appeared displeased. I then asked if I could have a combination of two flavors in a single serving, and she simply declined. I proceeded to order my two small cups and quickly departed, naturally without leaving a tip, as I felt quite unwelcome. While I may be overly sensitive, I am accustomed to the exceptionally friendly service provided by the Indianapolis staff. I intend to visit another Chicago location to determine if this was merely an isolated incident cause I really like this brand.
Kilwins Ice Cream is always a great treat… found this while walking around Chicago, although Google Maps was a bit off in terms of exact entrance location…!!!
Omg a slice of fudge was expensive, $18.50. Too darn expensive
Tasted like my grandmother‘s ice cream that she made .. creamy and delicious!!
Stopped by Kilwins to get some ice cream and it was good. However the customer service and prices were not good. It cost $25 for one dip in a cup and one dip in a waffle cone. When you walk in the menu is so small you have to put your glasses on to see the prices if you can find the menu. Where’s Waldo? Don’t be fooled by the lure ice cream if you don’t want to pay exorbitant tourist prices.
Came in for desserts after visiting the museum. The ice cream is amazing. Got a waffle cone with pistachio and coconut ice-cream. The pistachio was tasty with lots of pistachio pieces. The coconut also was packed with what seems like toasted coconuts. Nit pricey but definitely worth the splurge. The taffy apple looks good as well as the assortment of chocolate and fudge.

Went in the afternoon. The ice cream was excellent. However, the employee at the time seemed more interested in her phone than serving customers and came across as annoyed and unpleasant even though there were only a few customers. Very unprofessional. The service at the N. Dearborn location in River North was much better, even with a large crowd of people late at night.
I was traveling to Chicago when I stumbled into this store. The fudge is so delicious. Blake was the man who helped me and he was absolutely amazing 👏 🤩. He was so knowledgeable about the products and very patient when I asked questions. He let me sample two pieces and even told me about the buy 2 get one free promotion. Thank you Blake for everything. I will be ordering more when I get back to my home state 🥰
Customer Service was lacking and then I was double charged for a stripped cookie that wasn't in my bag
Nice atmosphere great customer service
Great experience! The staff was wonderful and so cheerful! They were everything a candy/ice cream shop should represent. Our snacks were yummy too!
