Tasty ice cream and picked up some treats for the family back home. Very pricey. Large selection but didn’t buy as much as I would have due to exorbitant prices. Had a bit of an outdoor patio feel for seating with cast iron patio furniture. Staff wasn’t super helpful or welcoming…just there.
Kilwins Ice Cream is one of the top go to spots when you want Ice Cream, Milk Shakes, Chocolates, Chocolate Candies and tons of other sweet treats in downtown Chicago. Now keep in mind Kilwins is on Michigan Ave in downtown Chicago. For some reason or other, the Google Maps will tell you it's on another street but it's actually a few doors down from the CVS going south. Now let's get the the greatness of what they have to offer. Drove 5 hours to Chicago and the only place I wanted to go was Kilwins for a milkshake. Once I finally paid to park and walked in, they told me they were out of milk. I was devastated.
