The location of the ice cream shop is very nice and I recommend trying the cheesecake cream, it is very delicious
One of the worst experience in Chicago. The staff is ultra rude. The guy on the counter was racist. We were three people and ordered two cups of ice cream worth $25. The guy refused to give us an extra spoon saying we can get one spoon per cup. He even yelled at us for no reason at all. The other staff members were laughing.
Server started mumbling and I couldn’t understand a word he was saying. Customers were talking loudly and server made no effort to raise his voice. When another worker rang me up I asked for a cup of tap water and he said “we don’t have that here you can go somewhere else.” After paying $12.09 for a SINGLE scoop of ice cream with NO toppings I can’t believe I can’t even get a small cup of tap water. Go to Ben and Jerry’s which is $6 in the same building!!!!
Ice cream was good but definitely not worth the price with that rude staff they have.
The flavor of our icecream was good but the service was really bad. The guy taking the order was yelling at people and doing his face as if he wouldn't understand a word... he had also badsmell and bad look... I was about to leave but my kids really wanted an icecream cone so bought it.
Pricey but delicious!
Unprofessional snd rude staff. Talking trash about other customers while a line of customers is in front of them.
Location is closer to the main land, than the end of the pier.
I did thoroughly enjoy their smores ice cream there. The only reason this place didn’t get a 5 is because of the price which was about $12 per cone. I get it, it’s navy pier so they charge extra. None the less, their service was friendly and speedy
I tried one of the best ice cream flavour ever! Coconut toasted sesame. I wish we had that one back home… it was delicious

Too sweet ice cream with poor service
Went down to navy pier for
The day and while walking around stumbled upon this nice little chocolate shop and of course who can resist some sweet treats, the staff was friendly
And the chocolate was delicious,
Insane prices. They literally charged $10 for a cup. How do you plan to serve your ice cream? Also extremely rude staff.
So average
I'm leaving this review today to give the young lady 5 stars today she had a line and she was very patient with every costumer that took her time and kept a smile the whole time.
Will visit again wish I could remember her name. Keep up the good job
