Their ice cream is good but feels a little overpriced.

1. Unhygienic. Servers serving without gloves. Their incompetence in doing their job is making customers feel like they’re the real cause of unhygienic situation.

The customer service experience was unfortunately disappointing, with staff interactions lacking professionalism and attentiveness. Additionally, the quality of the ice cream was compromised due to improper temperature control, resulting in a less-than-ideal texture. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the establishment could be improved, as evidenced by the presence of pests.

I had been craving a caramel apple for the past week and fortunately for me as soon as we got to the pier we ran right into this place. I couldn’t deny my pregnancy craving any longer. I got a classic caramel apple with peanuts and a plain caramel for my little ones. This place cuts the wraps up for you similar to the place I go to at home does. They had chocolates and ice cream that I’m sure was also delicious but I showed restraint. The young lady that checked me out was really nice. Prices were a little bit high but to be expected in a gourmet candy shop. Two apples came to $21. The apples themselves nice and tart just like I like, made with green apples. The caramel was very good also. Thank you Kilwin’s for satisfying my pregnancy craving ??.

The ice cream is okay. Not super creamy- more icy than expected however a good ratio of ice cream to mix-ins. The service was a little disjointed and chaotic. I would probably return to try the chocolates but not the ice cream. A little expensive.

There was a lady that was taking our order and she answered her phone and left. We all walked out and will not be coming back. Poor customer services.

Went here with my son and thought the ice cream was okay. Was about to come back with my family and make it a regular stop, but after reading reviews I will not support this business. Absolutely disgusting how they treat customers.

Delicious. This cholatier is in indy too and never disappoints.
The chocolate coveted strawberries gave a fresh, juicy, plump strawberry
The coveted pretzels are delicious. And the dark chocolate turtle isn't overly indulgent is perfect.
Service is above excellent here.
