Hot and delicious and pure Chicago, the perfect first stop on our tour of Chicago from South Bend. No ketchup on our dogs today! Kim and Carlo's was ready for us and will be ready for your large group too. Don't miss this view!
Good afternoon, overlooking Lake Michigan, Millennium Park and the city skyline. Obligatory, Chicago dog, Vienna is the only beef hot dog in this city. Ketchup (frowned upon by Chicagoans on a hot dog) only comes by special request, in my opinion, has no business near a hot dog. For those of you that don’t know, a Chicago dog only comes one way.
