Eh! It’s alright. Nothing special about this place. You can check off the list that you had a Chicago style hotdog. The location is perfect. The view is great. You can eat at the park bench.
They do have a vegetarian hotdog option as well.

Chicago style hot 🔥 🔥 🌭 here!
Get it Chicago style and throw the whole garden in there. Add salt pepper and celery salt for the real thing. You can smash this beauty down right on the hillside next to the museum. Bring a bevy and make it a picnic!

A perfectly cooked Polish sausage, specially in the hard working - windy days is the best way to brighten up your day !!!

Perfectly situated between the aquarium and museum, with benches around for seating, this cart is a solid staple for the Chicago style dog (and polish dog thankfully). Was a fun experience as an out-of-towner to come up on it in the park during winter, steam rolling pleasantly out of the cracked window and get an authentic and tasty Chicago style hit dog. Don't be messing it up with ketchup either!

The Chicago hot dog is delicious, very spicy. The staff are lovely and the service is very fast.

I came to this stand after getting very hungry at the Field Museum. I usually avoid hot dogs, but because I was in Chicago I decided to try getting the full Chicago style hot dog with all of the toppings.
There was a lot going on in this hot dog, and I wasn't expecting it. The fresh tomatoes, pickle spears, and peppers added a great freshness. I would prefer the peppers to be chopped up a bit because otherwise you end up eating one whole pepper at a time, which then dominates the flavor. I thought the sausage was pretty good but quite small so it got lost in everything else. The bun is pretty nice and soft and the poppy seeds were a nice touch, though it did get soggy towards the end of the dog.
Overall, this was a very interesting experience. It hasn't turned me into a hot dog person, but it's certainly expanded my view on what a hot dog can be.

They have a vegan hotdog! It's the perfect mid-day snack while you're out at the museum. And the vegan version didn't cost anymore than the other hotdogs. Tasty and quick.

Delicious hot dogs. I guess the prices are a little higher because they are located in the museum area.
