TERRIBLE Customer service. I did a delivery they sent wrong item. Told me they would bring right item. After a hour of waiting they told me it would take 30 min. I was hung up on when I addressed my frustration on Customer service. BLACK AND HISPANIC receptionist rude . I had to drive down to restaurant to get my refund. WON'T BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN!

I come regularly for the combination lomein and beef fried rice. It's always a hit. However, I tried the shrimp in lobster sauce, and it was awful. They put sugar in it or some type of sweetener. Please change your recipe.

I asked for beef fried rice with my sweet and sour chicken combo. They sent me chicken fried rice. The chicken fried rice tasted bad. The fried rice tasted sweet instead of savory. I hope they did not put antifreeze in my food out of revenge from yesterday.
On yesterday, there was a power outage in my building and the elevator was not working. The lady would not walk up the stairs to give me my food. That was her right to do so. I could not go downstairs because of a knee injury and arthritis in both knees. I received a refund.
On today, I tried to give them another try. I received a low portion of food. They used to give enough food for two days. They used to pack a lot of rice in the container. I received a low amount of rice. The chicken meat inside of the chicken fried rice tasted sweet. The rice itself tasted sweet.
I was watching something on television about someone who got poisoned. They had found out that they were poisoned with antifreeze. Antifreeze in food has a sweet taste. That's why it took so long to find out they were poisoned.
I can understand why the bottom of my fried rice tasted sweet because of the sweet and sour sauce from the sweet and sour chicken, but why is the top of my chicken fried rice sweet. I believe they messed up my order on purpose because of yesterday.
For two years I had been getting beef fried rice with my lunch or dinner specials. Now all of a sudden they send me chicken fried rice.
The only fried rice I recommend from them is beef fried rice.
If I decide to give your restaurant a try, and I like the food and service, I am willing to give your restaurant a 5 star review.
I placed an order for delivery last night for $75 worth of food. I placed my order at 8:11p and the lady on the phone told me it'll be 45 minutes to an hour. At 8:35 the delivery person called saying they were downstairs. Not even a whole thirty minutes passed & my food was delivered. I was shocked but the food was hot & tasted good so I didn't complain. Today the whole house is sick. Throwing up & shitting everywhere. (Excuse my French) I think they gave us some old food and/or a cancelled order!! I wait longer going inside the store just ordering rice & a smoothie but y'all can get $75 worth of food done & delivered in less than 30 minutes. I will not be back! Do not recommend if you don't wanna be sick!!!!

The guy on the phone was very rude and refused to confirm my address he gave me a bogus address he hung up on me when i asked him did he have the right address
I don’t know if ownership changed at this place, but a few years ago it used to be really good. Now it sucks. Now everything has the look and taste of bare minimum effort. Ordered Orange Chicken today. Really disappointing.
