I enjoy the food here. You get a decent amount of food for your money. It's normally crowded, but they know how to move the crowd. I really like the cashiers, they are sarcastic in a fun way.... great customer service. I love the the Egg Fu Young, egg rolls, and combination fried rice. Prices had increased since the last time I came. I recommend eating here.

Best chinese on the westside. I tried chinese yum yum first and King Wok put them to shame. I highly suggest ordering from them, low delivery minimum, if you get the chance.

Still the best out west. Recipes have changed and prices are higher but not enough to drive me away 👍🏾

I really hate to leave this review, this has been our favorite Chinese takeout spot for YEARS. But our last two delivery orders have been terrible- the chicken and beef entrees, both “crispy” arrived SO soggy they weren’t edible. It’s like they’re making the food fast but perhaps delivering too many orders at once or the food is just waiting too long for their driver to return from delivering other orders? So it’s sitting in the closed containers with the condensation too long. I do know they have their own delivery drivers though so they’re not waiting on Uber Eats or other delivery app drivers.

We called the restaurant, the girl who answered the phone was super nice but she asked the manager what they could do and the manager said “nothing, they need to call Uber Eats” which is very disappointing as well- we ordered from you guys, Uber Eats can’t fix the order.

We won’t be ordering anymore unfortunately. Very disappointed. We really loved this place but it’s gone way down hill rapidly. Hopefully they make some changes soon.

I called my order in at 8:30pm the person over the phone was polite and get the order correctly. I ended up having to call back to ask how long it would take because I was picking it up but over all the customer service was good. My problem come in with the food. My egg roll was burnt and this orange chicken was so hard it didn't make since. Like hard from being over cooked or recooked. Also there menu should be update because it says the specials were $8.95 but I was charged 11.95. I'm so disappointed 😞

Overall, they have Greatfood but the people they are choosing to deliver. The food plays a big part and reflects on The restaurant I am a very loyal customer. I always order from this restaurant, but for the past two weeks, the food and the service has been terrible. My rice was burnt very badly. I called back. They said that they cannot send another order out due to the fact all delivery driver was going home for the night, which is very understandable so they gave me a credit when I call back the next day for the credit. They told me that I will have to pay for delivery and taxes, which I didn’t understand that if I already paid for this, and the food was burnt, why do I have to pay again so I agreed to it when the delivery driver arrive I gave her a $20 bill and she told me if I want any change back. I will have to follow her up the street to her car which for the life of me I don’t understand that because if you are a delivery driver and you deliver my food to my door, why do I have to walk from my front door in follow you down the street to your car to receive my change I notified the restaurant and of course nothing was done about It so I would not be ordering from them anytime until they make a lot of changes

The manager has a really bad attitude. Night shift . As soon as I walked in w my $500.00 small scooter , tells me not to come in. I told him ,sorry I can't leave this outside . He said don't come in I left and said ok I don't need your food that bad. He didn't care that he lost a good paying customer

I started coming here about 2 or 3 years ago. My food is always good. I believe the entrees are made fresh because they are normally hot. The eggrolls are a different story. They are never hot, always room temperature. I dont like that. The combos come with chicken fried rice instead of shrimp like most places. I love this. I mainly order online and there's usually a freebie online if you spend a certain amount. I didnt see any sign in the restaurant where you can get the freebies. I've been in the restaurant when people phone in orders. The big black guy can be a little rude when talking to customers. I know the location is in the hood but a little professionalism goes a long way. I'm gonna stick to online ordering.

All-in-all a solid spot to get good food in the neighborhood.

TERRIBLE Customer service. I did a delivery they sent wrong item. Told me they would bring right item. After a hour of waiting they told me it would take 30 min. I was hung up on when I addressed my frustration on Customer service. BLACK AND HISPANIC receptionist rude . I had to drive down to restaurant to get my refund. WON'T BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN!

I come regularly for the combination lomein and beef fried rice. It's always a hit. However, I tried the shrimp in lobster sauce, and it was awful. They put sugar in it or some type of sweetener. Please change your recipe.
