The food is very good, every time I’ve ordered, however, customer service is not that good, at times, and their delivery, is the worst I’ve ever experienced, some orders have taken up to 2 hours to be delivered, calling for the status , gets them easily annoyed, and irritated, as your just trying to find out, where your food is. , with my last , and now, Final order, it never showed up, after three phone calls to them, , and being told, with an attitude, it was delivered, when it was never delivered to the address I left for them. also being asked, why I waited so long to notify them of the food not being delivered. They told me an hour for delivery , I gave them an hour, plus every time. So again great food, but if you can’t go there and pick it up, don’t waste your time……

I was very impressed how fast the food was made and delivered. Order 9 party trays and was able to cook and deliver less than 1.5 hour after order was placed online. Food was delicious and very generous with portion size. Also come with complimentary cookies. Love this place. This is my go to party trays place now. Please continue this level of quality, portion, service and price. We will be back for more!

The food is great, I order here like once or twice a week. The staff is fast, efficient and friendly. The only downside is the parking lot. Be prepared to deal with crazy wack jobs just trying to pull in.

This place is changing for the worst especially the customer service that is way i use the ap to order my food but when i go pick it up is always something They try to do everything sitting down and if they have to get up the chair they have an attitude and since when does it take 2 people to take one order over the phone maybe one to talk and the other to write down the order make it make sense? but the food is okay but with the cost of there food going up its not worth it anymore I would rather pay fewer dollars more to get better food without the attitude especially when there so many restaurants available

This was my worst experience with food ordering. I waited over 1.5 hours and never received my order. When I finally called to ask what was happening, the female employee I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
Instead of helping or explaining the delay, she cancelled my order without my approval. I did not ask for a cancellation and was never given a proper reason.
Completely unacceptable customer service. Long wait, no food, rude behavior, and cancelling an order without consent is not okay. I will never order from here again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I really like the cashiers, they are sarcastic in a fun way.... great customer service. I love the the Egg Fu Young, egg rolls, and combination fried rice.
