Very disappointed with the customer service, ordered food and waited 2 hours for delivery, when I called to check the status the lady was rude and kept saying it’s on its way and would hang up on me. 2 hours is ridiculous when I live 4 blocks away- being rude instead of apologetic is worse. Will never order from here again.

King’s is tasty and cheap. The front desk lady is always kind and polite. The food is almost always good but yes; they do have the odd bad day and other reviews reflect that. I’ve been here at least 2 dozen times and only once was I dissatisfied with the quality of the food (General Tso (?) chicken was breaded A LOT and kind of soggy as a result.)
I would recommend King’s to anyone looking for that type of Chinese food that you see detectives eating at 9pm on cop drama shows and movies. Good stuff, no sarcasm!!

Been getting takeout here for nearly 20 years with my family and the food is always amazing! The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. Best Chinese food in the area. The beef and broccoli and sweet and sour chicken have been my go-to’s!
Me and my fiancé has been passing by this place for a while and we decided to try it the things are outdated and the seating it dirty and the floors haven’t looked like they’ve been swept or mopped in a while .. so I ordered the spicy Mongolian beef and I found poop shrimp I literally just lost my appetite and that’s unacceptable I will NOT BE RETURNING!!

Took more than an hour to deliver food. Claiming they got lost, then did not want to give me my food because I didn't want to tip CASH to delivery lady. Even after I told her I would add to my receipt because I paid with card. She got angry and yelling that I had to pay her. Walked away like nothing. Seriously the worst service ever!
I order over the phone, had never been inside the restaurant before. The girl over the phone was really nice and professional. It wasn’t until I walked inside to pick up my order that I started having second thoughts on paying for it. The place was not clean at all, the walls were all stain with black marks like if ppl had walked on them with dirty shoes. The floor seemed like it hadn’t been swept or moped in a while. It was pretty filthy. I just finished eating I just really hope we don’t get sick ? the food tasted descent to be fair. But I wouldn’t recommend it & will not be buying there again.

We had 3 different combo meals. They where all good. The only thing is when we called the order, they said 20 minutes. When we got there it had to be at least minutes more..
I ordered the sweet & sour chicken combo with shrimp fried rice along with a side of broccoli. The chicken was old & hard and barely any sauce. The rice was greasy as well. Arguably the best item was the broccoli smh. I'm not sure what happened because this used to be my spot but my last few orders have been a complete disappointment. I don't think I'll be revisiting..
