Loved the khao soy!
I love Kinnaree! Its a great local Thai food restaurant with a manageable menu, so the ingredients are always fresh. The family who run the restaurant and the service is wonderful as well. I highly recommend the chive dumplings, their curries, the fried rice, & mango tofu.

We luckily stumbled in since an old favorite closed early. The food is awesome, our server was very nice, and the place is pretty! Can make many dishes vegan! Loved it

Amazing Thai food and quality, kind people running the operation (more on this later). I have ordered from Zinnaree Thai several times and can now confirm that theirs is consistently some of the best Pad Thai in the city. I am also obsessed with their Thai-style Fried Rice (Kow Pad). Pro tip: you can actually order that and probably several other items with duck as the protein (for extra $) but that option is only available directly on their website.
As for the amazing people running this business - there was once an issue with my order, which the restaurant immediately resolved quickly and with kindness :). A+

Small place with a fabulous waitress. Menu just has the basic Thai menu, nothing special except maybe desserts. My Thai wife got Pad Kee Mao and it was nothing special. I got the Basil dish and requested very spicy. They got the spice right but if the dish is called Basil, maybe put some in it? I was disappointed as I love a strong Thai basil flavor.
I've wanted to try this place for a long time but unfortunately I won't be back because there are many better places close by.

Had dinner with my mom at this amazing Thai restaurant. The food was so delicious!!!! We loved everything, but the moo ping and shrimp green curry are some of the best we’ve had. The waitress was very attentive and even went out of her way to find us a bucket to keep our wine cold (BYOB and no corkage fee is a major plus!)
Ambiance is cozy, and exactly what you want for a casual dinner. We will definitely be returning.

I want to give this place benefit of doubt, but unfortunately, I don’t think that applies here.
I ordered food about 45 minutes before closing and asked if it’s too late to order and they allowed me to order . I’m always I’m always skeptical when it comes to ordering late at night because I feel often times and not sometimes you’re getting the bottom of the barrel or the food quality isn’t on par as to other times of the day.
The workers were super kind, and I appreciated the service for my takeout order . However, the food was an absolute miss. we ordered pad Thai and Penang curry two American Thai classics that I have had across Thai restaurants all across the city and states starting with the quality of the food. I was extremely disappointed the meat in the pad Thai was extremely hard and the noodles would break up with everyattempt to grab a bite . The Penang curry have the same viscosity as water. The quality of the chicken was also poor.
Aside from the food quality the flavor profile on every dish we had was also a disappointment. Both of the dishes did not look taste remotely like any variation of themselves. I cannot begin to describe the pad Thai and for the Penang curry. I have no words.
I was really excited about the spot because the reviews were good, but I’m assuming this place is a true hit or miss with abhorrently low misses.💔
I hope this was a bad day and I hope this establishment takes note of this review and its future operations.

Hit up Kinnaree Thai Kitchen last weekend—cozy spot on Ashland with chill vibes. Grabbed the crab rangoons, veggie egg rolls, and a spicy panang curry with brown rice, plus a Thai iced tea. Spent around $45 after tax/tip. Food was legit—rangoons crispy, curry had that kick. Service was friendly, atmosphere laid-back. My only gripe: place is small, so it got a bit loud when full. Solid 4★ spot!

I was craving some nice Pad Thai for a while and tried this restaurant out as it's close to my place. Safe to say that it didn't disappoint. Will surely be going back to try the other dishes
