Interesting selection of cold and hot beverages including about a half dozen DRAFT COFFEE DRINKS (you don't see that everywhere!)I happen to work right across the street so regularly use this place for quick solo needs, as well as 1:1 or small group business chats.The food, service, and atmosphere are all "good". Nothing wrong at all, and the prices are well balanced to what you get, and the fact that you can get it without reservations, usually with very small or no lines, and therefore it's always a great standby option.

My 2nd order ever. Ordered a Bavarian donut. Got a cake donut with chocolate on top. Ordered a bagel I did not want toasted and it was. They packed it with the cream cheese which was all drippy and gooey - not sure if it's always like that or if it melted from the toasted bagel.My first order was the grilled cheese sandwich. Way too expensive, pretty tasteless, pretty small. Now Panera Bread has a great grilled cheese sandwich.Will not be ordering anything again. Really wish they would leave my building and something else was there.

I went here for a quick breakfast. Everything was fresh, cooked to perfection. I interacted with a manager named Becky who personally was assisting and watching the floor. It was a busy bustling restaurant, but we got our food so fast for a table of 5! No one seemed rushed just prepared and calm in this atmosphere. It was clean and truly a beautiful space to rest before going back out into a hot summer day. I will be visiting again!Wheelchair accessibility: First floor no stairs for the restaurant but it is attached to a building that I am pretty sure you must take stairs to get to the elevator but you can also go out and around the building to reach the elevator if necessary

I work in the building and gave this place a try. It was at the end of lunch hour and the place wasn't busy right after a holiday. Ordered a breakfast fajita tacos with side of fries. Taco toppings and sauce were all over the place. They were just thrown on there without any care. I couldn't pick it up without stuff all over my hands. The second one I had to eat with a fork. It didnt resemble the picture shown on the ordering kiosk. The taste was ok. Fries tasted stale. The staff and atmosphere are nice but I can't say I want to come back.

Well, that didn't take long for this place to go downhill....got a bagel and a latte this morning. Took so long for the order to come out, by the time I got it, my bagel was freezing cold and my jam was super watery and dripping all over when I tried to put it on my bagel like it was syrup and not jam. My latte was not stirred at all and the syrup was pooled in the bottom of the latte. Looks like I won't be visiting here much anymore. If you're going to charge almost $11 for a bagel and a latte, make sure it's worth it.
