The service was great. The latte just wasn't good. They have other options, though..

I got an iced vanilla chai with oatmilk and avocado toast, it was great! The barista was kind and made the chai really well. It is a bit pricey, but good quality.

Kind of a mediocre coffee experience for a high-end hotel. The barista was very nice. The coffee, however, was mediocre. Furthermore, the prices were relatively high.
Dietary restrictions: They have almond and oat milk
Parking: Face it, the only way you’re drinking coffee from here is if you’re staying at the hotel and have already parked your vehicle
Kid-friendliness: They do have some juice
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

They charged me $9 for a sub-par red eye (regular coffee with a shot of espresso). They were not actual baristas and there was nothing about how we interacted or what they did or the product that justified a price that'd make a Starbucks regular flinch. Stay away.

If you're looking for a good coffee experience, skip this place and go elsewhere. It's terrible coffee and was thrown away.A cappuccino for $6.60 should not taste TERRIBLE. This place doesn't train their staff on how to make a proper drink. The milk was burnt during steaming and made it undrinkable. The milk should never be scalding hot because 1) it ruins the sweetness of the milk, and 2) breaks down the silky milk texture into a bitter watery mess. The coffee beans were definitely old dark roasts beyond their freshness peak. Stick to the Keurig in your room at the sable or take a walk into Chicago. Just skip this place

If the need arises, there is a Starbucks within the main shopping and food court area of Navy Pier. Opening hours are 10am to 9pm. You'll find the typical coffee and counter foods on offer. There are some tables just in front, part of the general seating for eateries located nearby. During our recent morning stop, we found service to be friendly and timely, espressos tasted as expected. Was surprised how big the cups are for espresso orders. They also double cup which is rather wasteful for such a small drink order. Otherwise, this was a typical Starbucks experience.
The rooms here are GREAT! All of them have outstanding lake views. You really can’t go wrong here.
A friend bought me back some kisbi coffee from Chicago to New Zealand. I love it. Right now it's part of my morning routine. I think I'll have to come over to get some more. Huge thumbs up from me. Kia Kaha.
Delicious! The whole house smells amazing...truly great coffee!

I tried the Peaberry coffee, and what a nice surprise! Very smooth and mellow, flavorful but not overpowering, wonderful morning cup of Joe!
On behalf of Poppin Dough/ Poppn Dough this coffee goes great with our poppin fresh donuts. Our customers absolutely love it because of how bold it is and the smooth taste. We tried other coffee in the past but Kisbi Coffee is the winner of all time. Thanks for pleasing our customers.
