Now on to the food the smothered chicken fried chicken short ribs catfish whatever you order you cant go wrong and the sides the krack cheese spagetti greens all side food fresh all time so if you havent been and you want some soul food that has a taste kishas is it!!!!

Came in to pick up a grub hub order on 12/18/25 @2:12pm. I walk in and there’s a lady sitting at the register with her head down in her phone. I approach the register and she took about five seconds to acknowledge me with out even looking up at me still eyes in phone says how can I help u in a not so pleasant way. I responded I have a pick up gave the name and then she pulled her face up from the phone to go check for the order I needed to pick up. Then she goes it’s not ready yet and then places her head back down in her phone. As I continued to sit there and wait for the order other people were coming in and this same young lady did not greet one customer. Customers would come in and say hello how you doing and she would just stare at them not responding. One customer said how you doing twice not sure if the lady behind the register heard her and she still just stared at them not saying anything. She stared at customers waiting for them to just state their order it was unbelievable. Needless to say I’ve never heard of this place before today and based on this interaction alone I will not be patronizing this business. People have to do better with their customer service it truly goes a long way.

Ordered food was good but any place with bad customer service def not going leave a good impression if I could 0 that part out I would.. and to respond to reviews with even more rude comments shows that this place needs new management or social training people work hard for the money to be treated like any requests that aren't out of line is to much to handle for them.

I ordered 2 dinners ask for my chicken to not be touching my greens, I figured it would be a simple request but no I have to buy my food À la carte Why in I’m being charged 25 for a meal, it is really hard supporting black businesses u will never get my money again or me sending anyone. Then it’s pull up to fight over chicken girl pls. I only called to ask a question u got so nasty because I didn’t want my chicken and fish wet from greens it couldn’t be that serious not to add a piece of aluminum foil on a 25 dollars order and as a business owner why come right off with attitude ur counter person had attitude in I’m spending over 60 on 2 orders but in some way u felt justified doing all that, I was too shocked. It wasn’t that serious but much success I can’t give u my money any more and the food wasn’t bad but yall attitudes was so nasty even in ur response.
