I Waited a whole hr 30 mins for an online order that was supposed to be done by the time I got there and couldn't get my money back because they completed the order already. Not to mention they overcharged me $19. I paid $48 for a chicken burrito and small eggroll

It is no longer Kiss the Cook BBQ. It is now the J*** Taco Man. Need more staff. Place is not clean. Staff needs to wear something on their heads and gloves. Time management is lacking. The girls are super nice but they have a lot to do with not enough help. The place could be awesome, it just needs some tweaking.

My chicken taste like it was fried in dirty grease I had flakes from old grease in my food.The 6pc and fries was horrible 0 out of 10 I will never try again. I had a bad vibe about the places cause it was totally empty even while waiting no one came in.
