A true Irish Pub tuck inside a big shiny marble brass hotel lobby.

Nice spot in the hotel and right at a Big Bus stop!
Perfect for a quick beer at the bar or a bite to eat while enjoying the atmosphere.

We stopped in here (staying at the Hilton Chicago) prior to heading for a concert to Solider's Field. It was busy but we got lucky and found a table. The server was amazing and attentive. She accidentally put in one of our orders wrong but quickly addressed and gotten it all take care of. We had some beers, hamburgers, and fish/chips. Everything was great. I am a huge potato soup fan, and highly encourage everyone to(who can handle leeks) to try their potato leek soup.

Went here before the Oasis concert. Place was *packed* but really fun. The Guinness was excellent, and the Italian beef was as well.
Wonderful service, great pretzels and great drinks! Perfect place to wait out the time for our Chicago deep dish two blocks away!

A good sized Irish pub downtown directly across from the park. Service was decent and food was good but portions were small. Beer selection was primarily from Ireland and decent specialties.

Kitty O’Sheas has a nice communal vibe with high wooden bars throughout and tall tables around the outside ring, which creates a lively atmosphere. The menu is mostly traditional Irish and English fare, like fish and chips, with cream and cheese featured in almost every dish. While the food is decent, the options feel somewhat limited.
Being located inside the Hilton makes prices higher than average, which can be a downside considering portion sizes aren’t always generous. It’s a convenient spot for hotel guests or nearby visitors, but if you’re expecting a wide range of dishes or wallet-friendly options, you might be a bit disappointed.
Overall, a decent pub experience with good service, but pricing and limited menu keep it from standing out more.

Best service. Irish dishes are so good. Also fish and chips; which is an Irish observation of red coat reconciliation, not an Irish dish. The wings are amazing!
