Sat at the bar for 20 min and not a single worker even bothered to come and take order. Restaurant isn’t busy at all….they’re all just chatting with each other. Just awful. I never write bad reviews but this is who well deserved

We hold huge events here for my work and always come downstairs to enjoy after-hours drinks. The servers are usually cool and very laid back! Drinks are usually mixed well and come back pretty fast. We did have an instance with an “mall cop” server once but every other visit has been great. We enjoy coming here regardless.

Food was pricey. Not a ton of options. They mixed up my friend and I's steak cooking temp, but we were able to switch it easily. Staff did not check in on our table very often. Gave us a slight discount on food for telling us wrong price for meal. Steak was good, but nothing special. Music and atmosphere was cool touch.

This establishment was beautifully presented. Came here with my aunt and my cousin for our first dinner in Chicago. The food was good and I had a cocktail that was delicious. It was very nice, but I will say it seem very adult oriented, kind of like the place I would want to go to have a drink with a friend or family member, I would not necessarily go back to sit for a family dinner. It was amazing though. Simply a time and place thing for me.

Came here for my wife's 50th birthday (after her cousin's all canceled on her). Carlos was SO sweet, & made her feel so much better! Came around the bar & gave her a hug when she needed it. Kate is great, but this kid is SO NICE!!!! Thank you for caring, and we'll definitely be back!

We always enjoy the food and drinks here. It can be pretty crowded on a Friday or Saturday night if something big is in town and the hotel is booked up.
I stopped by here while I was at a conference in the Hilton. The service was great, but if you’re a foodie and want a good hot meal while you’re traveling, this place is not it.

Service slower than ? The worst I've experienced , Staff excellent overworked , justvtoo few ,. Takes about 15 minutes if you're lucky to get a drink . Guinness 14$ for 20 Oz, makes the wait even harder to stomach. Emphasis staff great just not enough . Would not recommend
