I’ll give their service and atmosphere a zero if there’s the option. The cashier is a racist micro-aggressor. In three separate occasions, she has: 1) curtly ignored a request for information; 2) acknowledged the guests behind me in the queue and intentionally skipper over me when I was obviously next in line looking at her; and 3) served my meal to the white couple beside me when I obviously had the number on my desk. I waited an hour, followed up with another staff member who appeared to have it related to her (cashier). She checked back with the couple and after another 20 minutes, I followed up. She did not offer any apologies for the inconvenience though she serve my meal after nearly 90 minutes of waiting.

They asked me if it was for here or to go. I replied, “for here.” They served me cake in a zipped plastic container and coffee in a paper cup. When I asked for a plate for the cake, they said they did not have plates, even though I later saw people eating from paper plates. Zero effort to create a positive customer experience and poor customer service skills.

This place has one of the best breads I’ve ever eaten - the Cachito. Also, the staff is so friendly, the vibe inside is friendly neighborhood cafe, and I just recommend it 100%. Support local, eat good food, meet good people.

I’ve ordered three different birthday cakes from this bakery at different times of the year, and every time it has been a disappointment. The cakes look beautiful on the outside, but the taste is consistently bad. The cake layers are dry, stale, and taste as if they were made days—if not weeks—before pickup. The icing is overly sweet, has a strange aftertaste, and doesn’t complement the cake at all. For the price they charge, the quality is simply not worth it. Honestly, you’re better off getting a cake from Jewel or Sam’s Club—those are fresher, softer, and taste much better than what I’ve received here. I won’t be ordering again.

Klein’s bakery is consistent with the quality of food and service. 100% recommend! The price is perfect for the quality and quantity of food. My favorite place to get an egg, cheese, bacon bagel sandwich with and iced coffee. Then before I leave I usually treat myself to some pastries to enjoy later.

Ive been walking past this cafe for months now and am glad I finally tried it. Truthfully, I finally went because I saw it on tiktok and it was well worth the hype. I had the iced toasted marshmallow latte, the garlic bagel, and the ham and cream cheese cachito. Great service and food. All were delicious
and I’ll be returning soon!

Let me start by saying that the staff is absolutely lovely. The place is neat and service is just great. The coffee is decent.
However after trying several items from their bakery I have to sadly say they are very subpar. They are for the most part just bland and somewhat dry. A lot of their baked items are just covered unnecessarily with cheap chocolate sprinkles/chips that just make everything worse. I would highly advise these lovely people to try and stick to the classics and either train or replace their baker. Tiramisu - does not need chocolate chips - and they will not make up for anything. Croissants - focus on the croissant itself - use quality butter, rather than putting sprinkles on top.
My suspicion is that a lot of the issues stem from using the wrong oils/butter.
Either way, I can see myself popping back in for a coffee.
Best of luck!

Ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese on an Everything bagel.
Good and fresh.
Drip coffee (Metropolis La Cordillera Blend) was decent.
Seating inside gets full as the place does get busy.

The service was terrible. The person who served us treated my mom horribly and even tried to embarrass her just because she didn't understand something in English. Furthermore, the cachitos we ordered were literally raw. The girl was incredibly rude; she had no patience or respect. It's very sad that in a Latin American establishment, they make fun of someone for not speaking English perfectly. I won't go back—no one deserves to be treated like that.
