I stopped in here after a stressful long day today for a late lunch and glass of wine and LOVED IT - all the staff were so kind, the menu selection was great and food was delicious and there was such a good energy in there, it felt bustling w activity while also relaxing, and everyone seemed so friendly and genuine Will defo be back!!

My girlfriend and I were sitting outside at Kopi eating our frozen yogurt, because the next bench was a few blocks down. None of the outdoor tables were taken, mind you. Someone from their staff came out and passive aggressively gave us menus, followed by another staff member coming outside being EXTREMELY rude and condescending telling us that we needed to leave if we weren’t customers. I get that this is outside food, but I don’t feel like it warranted the extreme abrasive attitude. He even tried to take the menus from us while we were actively looking and considering ordering. The attitude honestly made me feel like we were racially profiled. Horrible service.

Came here with two friends. The cafe itself is super cute and cozy. I ordered French toast with a side of eggs. Our food was not served until an hour later.
While waiting for our food, the manager came out and said there was an accident in the kitchen that caused our order to be delayed. Fine. When it was time for us to pay the check, the manager/waitress didn’t make an effort to reconcile/make up the fact that we waited an hr for our food. I didn’t really appreciate the lack of effort to give us some sort of discount or small gesture to ensure we would want to come back despite accidents happening. The food was ok but not good enough to come back for, a little too pricey for my taste.
