Ordered online today, 9/25, to pick up lunch on my way home. Website agreement was picked up at 12. Please arrive 5 minutes early to be disappointed that they are making a 70-lunch bowl order. My order will probably be delivered in another hour or so. I want a refund I gotta get my kid my school. Oh that not us that's cowchow. Call chowchow about my 47 dollar order oh the restaurant has to ok it😡😡. I hate when people PASS THE BUCK stop playing and gimme my money now STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY ITS 2 GOURS later forture refence When you have a massive order shut your website off and let the customers walking in know its an order in front and please don't take money from people knowing it's gonna take you hours to complete.

I use to really like this place but the quality has really went down. I got my order today and I had so much rice and very little shrimp and vegetables. Also, my noodles were so burnt and salty. This is really disappointing because I liked them at 1st. Now I have to find a new hibachi spot

Well maybe because I ordered late but I didn't get the free noodles...where's the noodles!!! And I ordered my steak medium well...hmmm it was tough. For the money that was spent, I figured it would be amazing.

Didn’t even get to try the food because the young lady on the phone was incredibly rude, rushed me through my order and got an attitude because she thought I asked for a side of garlic butter, when I did not.
I ordered the hibachi shrimp entrée plus a side of noodles total $29. Everything was definitely fresh. Could've had more shrimp and flavor. Customer service was meh. Not a memorable experience or taste.

I absolutely LOVEEEEEEE Koto! Anytime I call in or order at the register the young lady is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food is already amazing but her customer service makes it taste even better! 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend!

The food is well seasoned. Everything had good flavor, tasted fresh. The meat was tender and cooked well, rice fluffy, vegetables were great, too. Food was made to order and the cook time was less than 20 minutes. I'd definitely make the trip again.
