I AM PISSED OFF. I am missing parts of my order. I literally just ordered today 10/25/24 and I am missing my lobster, no add on noodles and all sauces that I paid for. I will be calling first thing in the morning when they open to rectify this.

UPDATE: I went back to the restaurant and they took good care of me. They were very apologetic and understanding. Not only did they give me my missing items hot and fresh, they gave me another Koto Combo and a gift...

Look, the food was amazing but the atmosphere was even better. Very clean and welcoming environment. The service was great, friendly and food came quickly. I got the Oki roll which was made perfect, as well as the steak add shrimp hibachi bowl! You won’t want to go anywhere else in the Chicagoland area for hibachi, guarantee. The portions are also very large, which is great!

I love Koto! Not only is the food delicious, but the service is always great so I’m writing this review to shout out AJ.

Anytime I go I just so happen to be met and served by AJ who is always so kind and pleasant!! While I recommend the food, I certainly hope y’all bump into her. She’s down to earth and has a great personality (which is refreshing in the food service industry), so I just had to post!
