I ordered a cake for a friends birthday, and Krazy Kake House was perfect for the occasion. The design was exactly what I was going for, and it tasted amazing!

My baby cakes was ruined it tasted rushed and his name was spelled wrong and I felt ignored by the owner the whole time I don’t appreciate the customer service or the cake i received. I paid $95 for this cake and honestly wouldve did better off going to the grocery store! I wouldn’t recommend nobody to this place nomore! Once I told her about the cake the name being wrong I was still ignored and didn’t get none of my money back! She offered me half off on my next cake when she dropped it off and i wondered why but I’m not shopping nomore with this lady and it’s sad I was a returning consumer! I tried to get a cake last year and customer service was poor literally called me the day of my baby birthday and asked what I wanted it’s a joke! Sorry I even returned after that ! I noticed Krazy Cake house since she had a store front on king drive I was in highschool im 28 now she definitely fell off wouldn’t recommend I’m honestly upset !

Crystal made us an "Enterprise" cake for our 20th anniversary. It was gorgeous, and we all agreed it was the best cake we had ever tasted. Moist, fluffy, tempting aroma, delicious buttercream. There were fewer people at the party than expected, so we put some leftovers out for the people in our building. I forgot to photograph it but this was the design. The actual cake was much prettier

The cake was beautiful! From the initial phone call to picking up the cake, the customer service and professionalism was great. The prices are fair and the cake looked amazing! Everybody wanted to know who made the cake because it was so fresh and good. Will definitely be ordering more cakes in the near future!
