Place for gossiping miserable people. The center of what’s wrong with Belmont Ave and the people who end up there. When people joke about Belmont, Krokodile is somewhere in the joke. Every reason I’ve wanted to leave Chicago as a Polish person.

Cozy, would like to see the fish menu. There is sushi, but no fish. This is bad. And if it’s not important, then it’s a good place. Sociable staff. The girls speak Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and English.
Stopped for a scoop of ice cream at the walk-up window. Polite, clean, super easy, cute outdoor tables, and very good ice cream.
