I have only been to this place after an annual 1/2 marathon (once a year for about 5 years now). However, I think it's great! Great menu selection (food and drink). Friendly staff.

First time visitor. The setup is really great for watching any sporting event. Packers fan here for a conference and the MNF game was perfect. Our server, Millie, was a blast. Will be back!

Came in during a snow storm because my husband had to watch the Illini v. Missouri game. James was amazing and wouldn’t give up until he found the game for us! Service was fantastic and food was awesome! Thanks to James and his team!

I called Kroll’s to watch the Missouri / South Carolina collegiate football game 10-29 because the bar didn’t have it where I was. James answered the phone and said he would see if they could show the game. I’m a Missouri alum who lives in Houston that was in Chicago on business and clueless about local sports bars.James said that the bar’s cable package didn’t have the game but he had another idea. He found the game and invited me to watch the game there. When I arrived, James had the game on my one of their 2 mega screens and turned on the play by play. He explained he accessed the owner’s streaming account to provide the game for me. He was the epitome of professionalism and customer service. The food was as good as his hospitality! Great beer and spirit selection with a very knowledgeable and accommodating staff, especially the young lady with the Bears t shirt! This spot is definitely on my “must have” list when visiting Chicago

My husband and I came here after the pre season game Bears vs Chiefs. Our waitress was incredible, the manager came out to introduce himself, the seating was perfect. Now, the food was delicious and so were our drinks! (I had the hand batter chicken strips and fries- not pictured) We added Kroll’s to our favorites list.

Went on a slow Saturday afternoon. Food was great. The atmosphere was also great - upscale sports bar. Unfortunately the drink service was lacking... there were very few people at the bar, but it took quite a long time for the bartender to come back to order another drink. I easily would have had 2 more $19 cocktails had that not been so.That being said... when I did see the bartender, they were friendly and polite.

Could be that I just got a good batch, but the wings here were top notch. Perfectly crisp, solid sauce, exactly what you want in a wing. They also have a solid beer / drinks menu, and the daily specials are great.Edit:Not sure if the cook has changed or what, however - the wings and pizza in my last two visits have been lackluster. The wings didn't have the crisp outside with tender meat, and the sauce has been significantly hotter (makes me question if they've been accidentally using the extra hot instead of medium, but it's happened twice now). Still a good environment, but not as great as I'd thought
If you were in town and had to pick a place to have a pleasant lunch/dinner experience, I would not recommend this bar/restaurant. The bartender was annoyed to serve us. Ran away quickly before acknowledging our requests. She also forgot drinks and the food order was incorrect. The food was decent but surely not worth the poor service.

This place is wonderful. James, the manager, made us feel super welcome. Curtis the bartender rocked the drinks with a smile and Conor who served us was superb! Food was great- drinks great , but the atmosphere even better! Perfect for pre-concert or Bears games. Highly recommend

Burgers and milkshakes were delicious! Fries were cold and soggy. Had to wait 10 minutes longer because our order was made wrong. Glad I decided to check before we left.

This bar/restaurant has changed since Covid. I use like going here. The martini glasses are now 6 ounces instead of 10 ounces, no small side salad is offered now.No stuff blue cheese olives for the dirty martinis. They can make 10 stuff olives a day.
