I recently ordered from Kuma’s Corner through UberEATS, and my experience was nothing short of terrible.
To begin with, the food quality was a huge letdown. I ordered the Goatsnake burger, which was supposed to be free of corn (something I’m allergic to), but to my shock, it came with corn in it. This is a serious issue that could have had severe health consequences. Additionally, the menu promised frizzle red onions, which was not included in the burger.
The fries arrived cold and overly salty, and the burger was an absolute mess. The bread was soaked with oil or meat juices, making it soggy and unpleasant.
As if that wasn’t enough, when I called the restaurant to address these issues, the person who answered the phone was beyond rude. Instead of offering help or a solution, he was yelling and confrontational, which made an already bad experience even worse. A little empathy and professionalism could have gone a long way, but the attitude I encountered made me feel completely disrespected as a customer.
I was hoping for a great meal, but instead, I got poor food, missing ingredients, unsafe preparation, and shockingly bad customer service. I’ll never be ordering from Kuma’s Corner again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I love the staff here. They're so so friendly. The music is great, oh and of course, great food haha. It's definitely one of the smaller Kuma's Corners, but it's cozy. Albeit maybe clusterphobic for some. Keep in mind these burgers are BIG. I had to basically deconstruct the burger with a fork and knife, until I got to a comfortable portion.
Oh. And the burger didn't come with a bite, I just took one then remembered to take a picture.
Fun fact that I realized after visiting a second time, is that their bathrooms are genderless. I love this place.
Vegetarian options: Although I haven't had the vegetarian options. I know for a fact that the Impossible Burger is a very solid meat alternative. And in some instances I would take it over the meat option.
