We stopped here for breakfast with a friend and Hassna was wonderful, she answered all our questions about every dish and confection. Many of the Moroccan dishes i hadnt tried before so i wanted to try the stuffed Msemmen, fish pastilla, and shebekia. I really wanted to try basbussah, but it had Dairy in it which I have an intolerance to. We got all the and it was delicious! We also ordered Moroccan mint tea which was perfect. Hassna offered to teach me how to cook Moroccan food...
Couscous special on Fridays is very tasty, and a huge portion. Feeds 3 easily. Kunafa is delicious, as well as the sesame and pistachio sweets. Friendly guy at the counter. Good to call ahead if you’re in a hurry. Be sure to try the rotating specials such as the tagine.
It's an experience! If you love authentic Moroccan food and unbeatable hospitality, this is the place! You may need to CALL AHEAD to this litte hole in the wall treasure. We had a party of 5, desired chicken bastilla and lamb tagine (with prunes and apricot), so we called the night before. Worth it! We felt so at home <3
