I got the taro tea with boba. It was flavorless. Boba had no sugar. Just basically drinking milk water. No tea in the drink either just milk and taro paste on the side of the cup and flavorless boba. Worst boba I’ve ever had unfortunately. Also drink size was so small for the price. I’m so disappointed.

The ice cream is really good but they don’t give much attention to the customer experience. 1) They don’t keep an accurate list of what’s available. Many items from the pints list are crossed out and not available. And many of the items that are on the list still aren’t in stock. They don’t allow you to even look at the freezer to see what can be purchased. It’s pretty frustrating. 2) The menu isn’t consistent from week to week. One day you may be able to purchase a flavor you enjoy and then your next visit it isn’t available or they’ve run out. 3) They say they don’t have a public restroom, but it seems to depend on whoever is working. I used the bathroom there before but my past experience I was told that it isn’t available to the public.
While the ice cream is wonderful there are plenty of places l available that really have the customer in mind. This just doesn’t seem to be it.

the boba in my drink was very hard in the center. my fiancee's boba was very light in color and appeared uncooked. the texture was very off and there were tiny bits of uncooked tapioca floating around in the drink

We were out and about just walking along and saw the collab this ice cream place was having with the Line Friends and had to check it out.
So glad we stopped! I got the cherry and almond swirl in a cup with the messy boba topping. The flavors were perfect with the brown sugar boba topping.
The merch they were selling and the decorations with Line Friends were extremely cute! Would definitely recommend the place, they had so many interesting scoopable ice cream and a list of soft serve as well.

Really solid lavender. Their menu is very confusing for soft serve, not sure why people would get the gold or silver leaf on their lavender or matcha soft serve.

While visiting town for a work event, I spent $40 on Ubers so that I could come and try the Miffy ice cream while the Miffy collaboration is still going on. I say worth it. The mango sticky rice ice cream I was recommended and got is some of the best I’ve had yet. It had what tasted like pieces of soft mango mochi in it, which gave it a nice chew. I was the only customer, which surprised me, because this place is so cute and even has WiFi, so it would be a great place to come study or hang with friends.

they do cute rotating collaborations that keep things fun and interesting! i went during the miffy collab, and they had specials for ice cream with miffy and boris ears that were so cute. i got the miffy with ube ice cream and it was delicious. i loved that it had the natural sweetness and flavors from ube, and that it wasn’t too sweet - most ice creams leave me feeling like i had too much sugar and can’t consume any other food for hours, and this wasn’t one of them. would love to come back during a different collab and try other flavors as well!

The purple yam flavor was some of the best ice cream I've ever had. A little pricey but delicious. The young lady who assisted me was great as well.
