Wow! I’m so glad I found this gem. I tried a few of their cakes in-house and also picked up some single origin dark chocolate bars—both as gifts and for myself. I can’t wait to get back to Chicago so I can become a regular! I especially loved the mini bars, which make it easy to sample different chocolates for just $5 instead of committing to a full $15 bar. Such a great idea and an incredible spot overall.
This is my favorite dessert shop in Chicago! Incredibly reliable for gifts (delicious and beautiful chocolate boxes), amazing cookies, cakes, and coffee! I haven’t had their hot chocolate yet but it looks delicious too. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat or gifts.
Coming from someone who’s had to work a chocolate shop before, this place is run beautifully. The shop recently changed managers, so take the past reviews with a grain of salt. The chocolate? INSANELY delicious— better than Ghirardelli— and so are their drinks. The texture of the drinking chocolate is smooth, rich, and clearly created with care. Not to mention that all of their products are responsibly sourced. It’s not cheap, but you really do get the quality you pay...
