I can only speak for the liver and pancakes. I'm not a pancake person, but tasted someone else's and they were delicious - golden brown, no doughy taste or consistency, and great flavor. The liver was tasty, moist, and tender with plenty of onions. I also tasted someone's Greek potatis which were very good. My grits were a bit cold and mushy (seemed reheated), but I'll attribute that to the fact that the place closes at 3 p.m. and I placed my order around 2:20. This was a good place to go with PLENTY of menu items! Some folks at our table had breakfast and said the corned beef was good, and some had the whole catfish and said it was really good. They have a parking lot and some free street parking. It's not a huge place, and a bit hard to see when driving by. I will definitely be back
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, not the most spacious place, but still accessible

The food is quite good, my wife and I eat here often. But one Saturday afternoon we were offended by the manager George because my wife was not happy with the salad she ordered and wanted to order something else. But George refused to allow her to order anything else, saying she probably won't like the food. Even after assuring him that she will still pay for the salad as well as the new order, he was adamant in dening her request. Leaving us with the feeling that we had done something terribly wrong. It's possible George could benefit from more public service and managerial training.

I hadn't been there in years. ..
It was wonderful. Waitress was great the 3 days qe went. Same waitress with the same wonderful vibes.
Parking: There's not a lot of parking space, but it's still worth looking for one even if it's parking on the street

Let me start by saying I go to this restaurant twice a month for breakfast...the food is decent although you usually have to send it back to be warmed by the time it arrives at your table. My Son ordered Chicken and Waffles so we knew we would have to wait for the chicken to be fried and we did 45 minutes. When the food was brought over My order was incorrect...I asked that it be fixed (add extra cheese) it was returned 10 minutes later with my pancakes that I saw sitting atop the counter before the waitress returned with my extra cheese on my skillet that was completely black! I understand it may have been in the oven too long and the cheese burned but why bring it to me in that state? I asked the owner to come over and was explaining to him what happened and he interrupted asking me if I wanted it or not? I said no...he slammed the glass plate with the pancakes on them on the glass skillet that the skillet was in...I am truly surprised it did not break but glad it didn't because he did this where the skillet was sitting...in front of me! I asked for my check and presented my debit card ..the card machine was broken so he literally tossed my card on the counter and walked away.
A young lady came with a machine that the wait staff carry and took payment,I asked her if the older gentleman was the owner she said yes...others at the register remarked how grumpy he was....I will NEVER spend money in this Restaurant again. Lumes for breakfast from now on for me!!!!

The shrimp with grits was not what I expected, and especially with eggs. It was more of an omelette.
