This was my first time dining at Lyra and it won't be my last. Everything was superb. The octopus was so delicious as a starter and the Deconstructed Pastitsio was absolutely amazing. Everything was full of flavor and the presentation was appealing.
My bartender Andrew was awesome. I was interested in trying something I've never had before. He recommended a drink to me and I couldn't get enough of it. He was also very friendly and attentive whenever I needed something.
I’ve been a frequent patron at Lyra for 2 years now and when I booked their NYE experience for my group, I had pretty modest expectations given how busy I imagined they would be. To my surprise, the entire experience still fell incredibly short. From the minute we sat at the table, we felt like we were getting bombarded with staff trying to get us to order. Throughout the tasting menu, our dishes were being brought out before we could finish the ones we were working on prior —resulting in the entire experience feeling rushed, with no time to enjoy the food and drinks we ordered. Our bill ended up exceeding $1,400 for a party of 6 and we weren’t even offered the champagne toast as initially promised during the reservation. Having spent thousands of dollars at this restaurant and getting this sort of treatment, we certainly won’t be returning. 3-Stars for food because in the midst of rushing out plates, one of our friends ordered wagyu souvlaki which was very undercooked compared to the other souvlakis at the table.
Meal was beautiful lamb gyros delicious and our server Sarafeim was absolutely terrific. Helped us and gave us the perfect recommendations.

Having dined at Lyra multiple times before, I’ve always had wonderful experiences, which is why I felt confident inviting friends and family (for a party of 20 guests across two tables) to celebrate NYE with Lyra. However, this time, both the food and service fell far below expectations. Every guest in our group had a complaint, and considering the premium price (around $230/person with drinks) we paid for what was meant to be a special evening, the overall experience simply wasn’t worth it. I don’t think I will ever return back. Not worth my money.

Absolutely amazing experience! The lamb chops were perfectly cooked, the lamb gyros were packed with flavor, and the lobster pasta was rich and indulgent. Our waiter, Serafeim, was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. Highly recommend this spot for authentic Greek food and top-notch service!

Phenomenal!! Martha (bartender) was my server! She was the absolute best! Amazing personality, great conversation and just genuinely kind and attentive!! I told her I was dining alone and to not worry about me since it was so busy. She was not having that and treated me like a VIP! Honestly, the service was very nice from all of the staff. The food was phenomenal as well. I got this cucumber and tomato salad, gyros and some type of potatoes. Everything was perfection!! The vibe was perfect for a Friday night. It was cozy but not like romantic first date cozy…but more feel good and social cozy. Definitely go!! It’s a lot of food but there was a very nice man that packed it up very neatly and kept my water glass full. I don’t remember his name but he was so kind and welcoming. Just book a reservation and go! You won’t regret it.
