Ordered a lox avo sandwich and the guy said they were out of croissants. He said it will come on a brioche bun. I said okay. I asked what kind of egg comes on this sandwich? He said a hard boiled egg. I said ok. After charging me extra for a brioche bun that I didn’t even request, the egg on my sandwich was fried (personally, runny yolk makes me gag so that’s why I was fine with a hard boiled egg).
