Great Ecuadorian food, I ordered a menestra con carne, bolon de verde mixto, empanadas y jugo de maracuyá. Small little place but waitress was pleasant and the food was pretty delicious. The aji was fire. The waitress recommended the chaulafan but I will have to try it next time.

Very much enjoyed our time at La Coco! Delicious figs with fresh cheese (higos con queso) and loved the chicken tacos (taco de pollo). Vegetable tacos (tacos de vegetales) are a tasty vegetarian option. Also tried the cafe con leche—yum! The tamales were decent, but not the best I’ve ever had. Next time I’ll try something different for breakfast :) Overall, definitely recommend!
