Always the longest line on the weekends. Is like there isn’t a sense of urgency to get people their caffeine first thing in the morning. I’d go back.

it’s decent but what kind of cafe doesn’t have any capability to heat up pastries? Felt like i was eating a croissant that was almost as cold as my girlfriends feet when she puts it on me under the covers during winter

On April 30th we went to get coffee with my sister, but the cashier was really rude. Both my sister, who's a barista, and I, who work in customer service, know how important it is to be polite. Maybe the cashier was tired, but that's no excuse for treating customers poorly. We don't expect them to be all smiles, but they should definitely be nicer.

WHY IS THEIR COFFEE SO CONSISTENT AND GOOD?!? I would almost feel embarrassed for one of my fav coffee spots to be a chain but truly - their espresso and espresso drinks are so consistently delicious that I just can’t help but keep going here I guess!?
