My latte didn’t have any milk in it even after specifying it while ordering.

Decent coffee but not very strong. But the location is good and it's fun to sit and read there.

Horrible tasting esspresso, long lines and rather slow service. They were suprisingly understaffed for the morning rush.
Dispite that they remained friendly and wecloming with every customer which was appreciated.
Nothing very notable about the space itself. It's functional. Nicely kept.

I get coffee and treats here pretty often and the vibe is always pretty good, the baristas have always been really friendly, and the coffee is good. Not sure where they get the biscotti from, but it's amazing. Vanilla biscotti with a golden milk latte or black coffee is so good.
Been to many coffee spots and always try to get something different. I had the draft latte with oat milk. Tastes great! Very creamy and smooth not overly sweet. Excellent service and if in the area again will try something else

Latte was cold. They don’t heat up the croissants. Would rather go to McDonald down the street. Better latte and hot breakfast
The drinks came out super fast despite my group getting different things. We were impressed with the art! It was pretty decent tasting. There is a lack of a vibe on the inside, but there was plenty of seating. The snacks were great!

Best coffee I had in Chicago
Hit or miss on getting your order right. Little attention to detail, orders are generally wrong. Cereal Oat Milk Draft is magical though. Should be served all year 'round.

does not open at 6:30am, came here at around 6:45 and it was closed
La Colombe fired five employees for providing drip coffee for local homeless people.
this La Colombe fires employees for giving free drip to Homeless people !! never going back ever.
Love coming here, so much so I will go out of my way to. The team is always kind, considerate, and has the most pleasant demeanors. Their systems are on point, they move through lines with grace and efficiency. My current faves are the cherry & cheese danish and I switch between the pour over and a half tan which is half cold brew and half latte. Highly recommend.

I decided to try Colombe after seeing it so many in stores and not realizing they had physical locations! Apparently it has a lot of hype I wasn’t aware of.
Mocha was good, nice and rich chocolate with a slightly bitter dark chocolate taste that I enjoyed. Vanilla matcha had a bit of a strong aftertaste, but I don’t know enough about matcha to say it’s bad, just that I don’t like it and definitely made it harder to drink.
I didn’t try the pastries but the croissants looked huge and I wanted to take a bite.
Vegetarian options: Coffee and pastries all vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: Not very intimidating interior.
Wheelchair accessibility: Building level to ground.
