I made an order today via Uber Eats, however, the restaurant canceled it after an hour and thirty minutes. Upon contacting the restaurant, the staff claimed they hadn't received payment despite confirming the order's existence. They mentioned that five different Uber drivers attempted to pick up the order. My concern lies in why they didn't notify me directly or cancel the order in advance, especially since the app indicated that the restaurant was still preparing the order. Additionally, I find it hard to believe that the payment didn't go through, as typically, if payment fails, the order wouldn't have been placed in the first place.

Superb wood-fired pizza! The crust has a nice bite on the back, but the middle of the pizza was a bit too soggy for us... That might be because we got a lot of toppings. But the sauce and flavor was delicious! The bruschetta was so fresh and the bread was delicious. The owner of the restaurant was there and was a good vibe ... He talked to us a bit and I got to know more about the restaurant. We walked in and got seated right away. They also were able to make the veggie pizza with red sauce, even though the menu had it with white sauce.

I went here because of a hankering for good Neapolitan style pizza. I stayed for the excellent crust on the vegetable pizza I had. The crust was soft and baked to the perfect crust, but I only wish the middle of the pizza was as strong; the vegetarian pizza (and other pizzas I saw being eaten) was sagging, so it made it easy for the toppings to slide off. However, the ratio of cheese to sauce on the pizza was great - not too much cheese and just the right amount of sauce. Also, the owner is clearly involved in the business as we found out the pizza was a mix between New York Style and Neopolitan. One tip: Definitely get the chili oil!Vegetarian options: Many substitutions can be made to make pizzas vegetarian - we substituted red sauce for white sauce on a vegetable pizza.

This place is my go to pizza place in Chicago! The food is always amazing, the service is outstanding! If you like a woodfired, Neapolitan, pizza, and great appetizers, this is the place!
Food and service were excellent. The size of the portions made it difficult to order. Pizza's are the right size for two, but the calzone seemed to be somewhat smaller. Minimal options for non-meat eaters. We enjoyed the experience.
