Edit: we have been coming here almost 10 years, celebrated birthdays, graduations, and just regular family lunches. Today when we came in for lunch I was so disappointed, the food was okay but the service was bad. No one checked in on us during our entire time there. One glass of water for me was all I got, the place wasn’t even as full as it usually is. I remember the front end workers being so pleasant and attentive before, I remember a few times even the owner working and being really nice but today made me question whether I even want to go back.

What is up with the service downgrade!?!?! Went for lunch today and the service was a huge disappointment!!! Food was great but the waitress had a bad attitude and was super pompous. She closed our tab out and told us the next shift waitress would take care of us since we were still enjoying drinks. Nope! No one ever came to check on us. We waited for 45 mins, they looked at us, checked on all the other tables but NEVER checked on us. We got tired of waiting so decided to leave. The minute we got up, the waiter came to clear out our table. We try to support local businesses, especially given the current climate, so to be treated this way by our own people, is disheartening 😔. Management needs to address this because based on other reviews, it looks like service is a problem.

Highly disappointed in this place. I have been coming here for years and have always recommended this place to others, however, today the service was absolutely horrible! I was there in a group of 4 for a late lunch. No complaints food was good and our waitress' service was decent. She closed us out because they were doing a shift change, we were fine with that. Our tab was almost $250. The waitress told us that the next waiter would take care of us. We waited for almost 45 mins and not one person came to check on us. They kept looking at us, and no we were not inebriated, but not one single person came to ask if we needed anything else. We finally decided to leave since it was apparent that they were not going to take care of us. The minute we left, the waiter with the spikey hair came to clean our table. Very disappointed in this lack of service.

I've called multiple times throughout the month and not once have they answered their phone, they would probably have more business if they picked up. Had to take my business elsewhere.

The service was horrible had to wait 10 to 15 minutes just have someone come to Ofer us something to drink then saw people who came in after we did and they got taken care of before we did this place is terrible won’t go back and the food was not good either

I been coming here for a long time love the food and the drinks however today I went and my waitress was Alicia and she never came to the table to ask if I wanted anything after the food came out I had to ask another waitress for utencils, I had to call her over because the lettuce was brown and she never offered to make another salad for me. I was so disappointed with the service today. I usually come in the morning and the waitress’s are amazing never had an issue before.
I ordered guacamole and chips, but the chips were stale. When I brought it up, I was only offered an exchange, which was inconvenient since I had already left. I’d appreciate a better resolution maybe a refund or store credit.

Food it was ok, no air conditioning so it was pretty hot. Service was ok, they should ask if you want hot sauce on your food and not assume you do. Definitely not coming back 👎👎👎👎👎
