La Haciendita Taquería Restaurant

I came here before, and the service was great and the food was great. Today I had to hold my tongue before saying anything rude to the waitress. Whoever greeted us sat us down and told us our waitress will be coming shortly. They took almost 15 minutes until I asked someone “where is our waitress”. It ended up being the same person I asked who was just filling up, sauces next to us and didn’t even bother introducing herself, then the food came and the chicken in the enchiladas tasted like it was reheated and burnt. We also ordered the corn and omg it was not grilled right. How can they make that mistake lol so simple. The waitress came to our table two times the whole hour we were there. Anyway. I didn’t want to leave tip at all but I’m not that bogus. I don’t know what happened to the other girls that worked there. But the service SUCKED !!!!!!!

Was told my order would be out in 10 mins and it took more than 30. I missed my whole lunch break waiting on 2 tortas de asada. I also asked for only frijoles, queso y aguacate and got them with everything. Then they only gave us two miniature salsas for both tortas.

I went here ordered to go
My enchiladas looked like dog food and barely had any chicken in them
I took a few bites & decided to say something before I left
They told me that’s how the food comes
Opened my enchiladas up to see if there’s enough meat in em
Then proceeded to hand it back to me without a bag
Fork or salsa
I gave them the bag fork and salsa
I used to work at a Mexican restaurant
We won mole de mayo
Just cause I didn’t look the part doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m talking about
We would have NEVER EVER let that leave the kitchen
The lady in front said that’s how they come and didn’t offer a solution.
Too many customers to cause a scene so I took the loss to the chin
Fair warning do not eat here. I’d buy McDonald’s before this nonsense

Worst service went there with my son sit down waited for the waiter to come nothing like we were not there... than people came in and got service first so I walk out but let them know first my reason... not the only mexican place in Chicago...

I placed an order for Uber Eats and they overcharged me, according to what they answered on the phone that it was not their problem, it was from Uber, but they also overcharged me for the pick up service, today the food cost me double, Because I got the Uber promotion of 50% and they even charged me more. Besides, I had never bought chilaquiles. Honestly, they are very ugly. That's the term I can say. The tacos are upside down. The tortillas broke and I'm 10 minutes away. The taqueria I regret having spent almost 40 dollars on bad food, really bad food and bad service
