The food was alright. Got some tacos de lengue and were slacking on flavor even with the cilantro and onions. The green sauce felt watered and had to drench it to at least taste the sauce. The inside was neat, but the strawberry milkshake was delicious.

I ordered for the first time last week through uber eats, and the food did not disappoint! The chicken soup had a lot of fresh veggies, and the tacos were very delicious as well! I loved the soup so much that I orded 2 more the next day. Highly recommend it! 😊

Their cafe de Olla is awesome. Had their chilaquiles rojos with cecina it was a very generous portion and amazing. Right amount of spiciness and flavor. Definitely stopping by again.

We decided to give this place a try on our trip to Chicago, we went on a Saturday for lunch on Labor Day weekend. We found it odd that we were the only customers during lunch time, now we know why. Shrimp cocktails with frozen shrimp, nopalitos from a can, and it gave us the runs. I would personally not recommend or go there again plus I found it pricey for the quality of food .
Very bad service, spoiled sauces, I told the waitress and she got upset.

Really exceptional quality of food and great service! Had my order done in under 5 minutes. Very authentic and even gave me a free extra quesadilla. Highly recommend visiting here. The Al pastor was fantastic!

I dined in before a concert at the United center & didn’t expect to love my food. The guacamole is FRESH!! Chips are fresh too and the waitress was just very welcoming and let us take a menu home for our next visit! Thank you LAGARTIJA I will be back

I decided to return to this place and I loved it, I received good service and good treatment. And the thing is that the owner and manager changed and now they serve you with respect and with their new menu, there is a good variety, and there is something for all tastes. I really recommend it, especially the dish I ate. What was THE MEXICAN LANGUAGE?
Parking: Parking is free for customers of La Lagartija restaurant. You just have to tell the security guy at the entrance. That you go to the La Lagartija restaurant and you don't pay anything
Bad experience. I won't return to this place. The waiter only tips the tip exceeding what is recommended. And the cash registers do not match the bank's payment receipts.
