If you dont fire the red hair woman I WILL make a petition to fire her. It's disgusting how she treats people and the fact people even comment about her and you do nothing is ridiculous for being the owner!!!! HIRE someone new!!! My friends have to avoid her completely by either going at night where the nice people are or when she's not working. Bitchy attitude to people. She only speaks nicely to people she knows. My daughter kept eyeing the cakes and she kept telling her not to touch the glass. I told her it's just a kidding shes 3! She yells and says it doesn't matter. I instantly left and cussed her out. Scaring MY kid and now when we come to get bread my kid says she's scared of her. And the fact the owner does NOTHING is ridiculous!!!! Do your job or don't be the owner at all

Authentic Family Recipes brought from Mexico. Everything is baked fresh every morning. They have been around for over 40 years. Everyone I ever give their bread to love it and ask me where it came from.

Went in early in the morning for some concha, we usually go to a different bakery across the street, but we decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, none of the bread caught our attention, besides some polvorones which were actually good. The conchas were definitely not it, they were small in size, and seemed like they were from the day before.

I went here on 12/21/24 at 7:30pm. I picked out this already made tres leches cake and asked if the lady could write “feliz cumpleaños” on it and in the end the cake turned out looking like this right out of the box! Not to mention, the lady puts the cake in a giant box meant for the three kings day bread. The cake itself was okay in taste. Not great but not terrible. Definitely on the sweeter side.

The bread is super hard. It shows that it is not fresh. nothing good. 0 out of 10! I wouldn't return.

Horrible service and very rude lady!

I went in Sunday (April 28,2024). The "cashier" loudly and RUDELY proceeded to tell me (in Spanish) that I had to leave! I had my SERVICE DOG with me. I do not speak Spanish fluently so I tried my best (in Spanish & English) to explain that he is my SERVICE DOG and he IS ALLOWED. She kept cutting me off, clearly, not trying to understand what I was saying. Needless to say, it was going to be a losing battle. I left. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT.

Every time I go to this place I don't see anything fresh, only the bread, most of the sweets are old, you should inspect that
