Asked for NATRUAL juice large with various fruits and vegetables and to be sure it's mostly orange juice, ended up with the most watered down beets drink. Very disappointed.

This place is weird. It has VERY different rules than other Michoacanas. Like, if you want fruit with chile and limón, you're not allowed to pick the fruit you want. The fruit isn’t fresh—they just sit in the fridge all week.
Today I went and ordered chicharrones preparados, and the lady didn’t even know what it was or what goes on them. I got a cocktail of random stuff, and then on top of that, she charged me once for the chicharrones and another charge for the chicharrones preparados??? Like, what??

If u don't speak Spanish they kind of give u an attitude ! Don't know y but made me feel out of place for being white! Food nothing special ..just ice cream and yogurt with normal toppings ! Brightly decorated and pretty ...attitude of the girl behind the counter really turned me off tho !

missing the old worker ladies who used to run the michoacana!!! now i can't get elotes when they open & they charge extra for cheese/mayo at the bottom. bring back the old owners ?

The treatment here in this Michoacán by two employees (not all of them) is deplorable, they serve you reluctantly and with a face as if they were giving you ice cream or doing us a great favor. On the part of my family and friends we will not buy at this location ever again, they have lost 10 customers with us, the ice creams are the same as in other Michoacán so there is no reason to continue receiving this type of customer treatment, the owner of This location does not know that its clientele is decreasing thanks to some employees,
