So yesterday I went. there is this new girl that when she is done charging a customer and go ask for your order aren't they supposed to wash there hands after grabbing the money well it was mine turn and I asked her don't they wash their hands here after every charge they make and she looked at me all surprised she's Like yeah so she got mad because you can see in her expression so she went all mad about it to wash her hands and took my order I always see the other girls washing there hands after every charge they make I know she was telling g the other girl something she is a short with black hair light skin

I don't leave a bad rating unless the place really deserves it, The treatment of the staff does not deserve a rating, terrible!! I ordered some Doritos with yellow cheese and corn and the least they brought was cheese, I told the person and she told me that it came from the bottom of the bag, as I knew they didn't come I told her to put them on a plate, and in front of her He saw that they didn't bring cheese and his response was: well, I already charged you, I would have to charge you for extra cheese. The male worker working in the kitchen goes and uses the bathroom and never takes off his working gloves nor washes his hands and goes back to prepare the food in the back?
The prices of this place excessively expensive.I ordered a Chicharon with cueritos and a corn.The corn was not the best, but the chicharrón was horrible, too much of the cheapest cheese, they didn't add avocado like in other places and where did they find that pickled chili juice is added?? That should be to the customer's taste.I'm sorry I wasted my money in the trash.

To start, I didn't realize they would be so much more expensive. This was my first visit to this location. They also charge extra if you're using a card, but they won't tell you until it's too late. Next, they don't buy Cup Holders to ACTUALLY fit the Cups. Because my Cups didn't fit, I dropped a $10 Cup of Yogurt. Absolute worst experience I've ever had, at any location. I'll be going back to the locations I'm familiar with. I really had my hear set on what I bought and to not enjoy it for this reasoning, upsets me more than anything else. I'll NEVER go back here.

Is this place under new management? Aside from the terrible service, the quality has really been awful. I went in for fresas con crema and 2 paletas, one nuez and one strawberry. The nuez molida had about 1 tsp on the bottom portion, little to nothing. The strawberry had no strawberry at the bottom. Both paletas lacked flavor and tasted completely different from my previous visits. Now the fresas con crema I would not recommend at all. It was like I was eating strawberries and flavorless whipped topping. The “crema” was whipped cream consistency throughout. It ended up in the trash.
If you’re gonna bump your prices please ensure you keep the same quality!
