Is this place under new management?Aside from the terrible service, the quality has really been awful. I went in for fresas con crema and 2 paletas, one nuez and one strawberry. The nuez molida had about 1 tsp on the bottom portion, little to nothing. The strawberry had no strawberry at the bottom. Both paletas lacked flavor and tasted completely different from my previous visits. Now the fresas con crema I would not recommend at all. It was like I was eating strawberries and flavorless whipped topping. The “crema” was whipped cream consistency throughout. It ended up in the trash.If you’re gonna bump your prices please ensure you keep the same quality!

La verdad que este lugar cada ves mas peor! Las muchachas siempre con un carácter de mierda , siempre te atienden de malas como si fueras a pedir limosna. Compre una orden de 33 dólares le pedí una cajita ala muchacha para mi banana split ya que voy a manejar y me dijo te voy a cobrar extra le dije ok está bien me cobró un dolar que no ahí problema pero cuando tienes un negocio no deberías de cobrar por todo lo desechable ósea no inventen que sigue el gas con el que cocinan el elote ! Ridículo

Not great customer service. The workers always have a bad attitude and nasty face with every single order they make. After today I am not returning. Either your workers don’t know how to make fresas con crema or this place taught them wrong. What is this?! This was more like whipped cream than crema. And I know most of the time they don’t fill the cup with fresas but when I tell you not even 25% of the cup was fresas and it was so lightweight from it being all WHIPPED CREAM.

Very bad Customer Service . I been there couple times but I will no longer be returning. I am tired of the workers looking unhappy to take care of the orders. I was thinking maybe they was having a bad day but I came to a conclusion this one lady just like that. When I have gone it’s empty of customers and when I walk in this lady gives me a vibe of she mad or annoyed that someone walk in. Like she don’t even want to work. Then when she asks if we want something else she gets mad that we still want more stuff. The last time I went I order a corn in a cup ? it was more water then corn it look like I was eating a soup. I hope this lady changes her way of being because she really messing up the vibe to even want to order stuff or go there. I regret not knowing her name so maybe they can let her know what she doing.
