Honestly I don’t like leaving any bad reviews, but me and my siblings just visited this location and got attitude from the employees. I understand it’s busy and packed but there no need to be rude. Not only that but the chips for the nachos were stale.

Horrible service. The place was so overpriced but we were already there so decided to give it a shot. Instant regret. They serve the ice cream as you order it but it isn’t handed to you until you pay. We ordered a bag of chips and corn in a cup after our ice cream, not knowing that they would hold it the whole time, and the ice cream just sat there for at least 10 minutes while we waited for everything to be prepared. The lady taking our order seemed annoyed every time something was added to our order. Finally, when we got to the register, I asked for an extra spoon and more lime and she looked upset that I asked for something and mumbled something under her breath to one of her coworkers as she went to grab the things we asked for. Paying insane prices is one thing, getting unpleasant treatment on top of overpaying for things just seals the deal to not going there again. It would be 1 star if it wasn’t because the $9 cup of corn was really good

The elotes suck i paid 5.75 for a regular elote. The one i had i didnt finish. It tasted stale and smothered in butter and mayo. The first lady didnt want to add on to my call in order even tho i waited in line to order again so she took the next customer and made me wait again for her coworker. But the second lady who spoke to me was really nice and fast. Her customer service is the only reason why this review isnt one star.

My family and I went often but the prices went up too much, and it is understandable since prices are sky-high everywhere. But why reduce the product? Prices go up but they reduce the product too much. Something that is very unfair!! If the customer is paying in full for the product, why give incomplete.

I purchased 3 yogurt the girl who helped me was very RUDE never used gloves for serv My order her clothes Ware transparent and I asked her for another spoon of Peanuts and she charged me extra dollar she's dar skin short height I think she is Venezuelan I don't think I'm going back I spent 26.97 I call the number at the door to make a complaint but no one pickup the phone Mr Jaime or Ms Maribel should take care of this matter SAP

I was in their establishment, I bought some soft drinks, and I had had an accident with my cell phone since I am a tourist.... I kindly asked them to help me with the password for their Wi-Fi network.... very reluctantly they told me no. They were going to do it because they couldn't.....if they ever see this!!! Customers are what matters, and if it's a tourist you should help!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Menu tv screens were not on. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there, and the older female server walked away before we got to finish giving our order. There was no good communication between the customer and servers. There were only 2 people at the front working when a large line was forming. After they noticed the line wasn't getting smaller, they brought someone else from the back to help out. They have no real sense of customer service. This Michoacana does have a better design than the other, however. It was a cute touch to have huge popsicle ice creams stuck the ceiling for decorations.

Mangos suck !!!!!! For it being middle of summer time you think the mangos would be nice but they are rock hard and feels like your eating an apple. Fruit here is of the worst quality. This place is clearly cutting corners.

Today i got a torta from this place i me and my family been going here for a long time i ask for a torta de jamon con todo, some Venezuelan girl made it and omg idk but the torta is not the same as before they put some type of sala that taste bad is not like the one before it was jalapeños + they put more vegetables then jamon like please if they going to have a Venezuelan working in a Mexican paleteria please show them how to make a torta the right way naver again this place it was good pero ya no, if they need some one how to make a torta call me. Im so mad ? naver again bye.
