Good afternoon, the truth is, I had a different concept of these Neverias, but yesterday I bought two bionics and the truth is it was a theft, they only put banana and strawberries with apple, nothing to do with it, like the last time I bought it, it had melon, grapes, watermelon, apple, banana, mango. There was an extremely long line but when we finally reached the front the lady was very kind and moved at a fast pace to get what we wanted.. The corn in the cup was good and chicharones with hot sauce and some limon was great also! Nothing crazy but a good late snack

They take forever in order to get one order done, lines get super long, and I’m not sure if they’re understaff or not because there’s usually only 1 person at front.

ordered on ubereats two mangonadas de LIMON and we seen it wasn't right at home once delivered and called to complain, at first they said they seen the ubereats order and then later when she asked the lady of the store if we should put in we got an incomplete order , the lady then said oh yea you see the system isn't showing your order now. So we got fed up and showed up at the location in person and at first the guy that attended us said there isn't no ladies that work at this location and we showed the caller id and such and he then agreed to change it out. And took the ones we received that were wrong and put it in a freezer and his OWN MANAGER told him they were going to sell those later for anyone else that orders magonadas so they don't go to waste. If it were my establishment , I wouldn't let shit like this slide.

I placed an order for three corn, and it took me more than an hour to send them and they were very ugly, dry and without any flavor, I really don't recommend it to order via Uber, terrible service.

My experience with Michuacana was quite disappointing. The service was terrible, the staff were unfriendly and every time we asked for something they seemed to get angry. There was no attention or courtesy from the staff which made our visit quite uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place due to the poor experience I had with their customer service.

And other one was in back who seemed to have noticed a line and didn’t bother to assist. The sense of urgency to fulfill an order wasn’t really there, like they lack passion and energy to keep up. During my 28-minute wait, two people left the line in front of me and one individual gave up standing behind me. I truly wasn’t gonna be super mad due to the fact I understand some days aren’t good. But I would say, the elote I ordered lacked big time. The amount of mayo, and cheese and the butter squeeze wasn’t sufficient for the big 8$ cup. The amount of corn didn’t allow for any room for the key ingredients to shine. I understand that some will say otherwise , but I believe there needs to be an exact amount or else it’s just boiled corn in a cup. The way they poured the corn in allowed for lots of corn juice to go in as well instead of it being strained before being placed into cup… I had a way better experience at the Michoacán location in the south side. Along that, the large cup at south side location is 5 bucks. I’ll next time consider other location over this one…
